Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. This pasty etiolated sluggish wench barely gave me half a scoop of everything minus the things that were already full. She didn’t wanna go to the back and restock anything so she gave me a little as possible, they still charged me $15 for the ‘bowl’ which was more so half a cup than a bowl. Do not go to this chipotle, they are the most incompetent scobberlochers I have ever seen. -2 stars out of 5.

it smells like a hobo in here and not only that i found a toenail in my food i was so disgusted and sickened that i left running and gagging and couldn’t get a picture

The female staff here are very good, but the male staff are very bad and lazy. One male staff has a steel ring on his nose, and when his snot flows down the steel ring, he can't even notice it, and it will flow onto the food. Then the guests will eat his snot. It's really disgusting.

To start I would not even give this store one star...from the beginning we walked in the place looked dirty but we were hungry...when we got to the counter the guy with all the face piercing and beard told us they were out of guacamole wow! That's something you should state to the customers waiting in line instead of telling them when they get to the counter....every one looked sloppy and unkeeped ...huge problem was the guy working with food serving customers with no hair net on his beard and facial piercing that aren't even allowed... food businesses require food workers to remove all facial earrings and other jewelry when performing activities around food. Nose piercings, like any other earrings, can harbor germs and can cause cross-contamination. Touching the nose piercing and other facial jewelry during cooking can contaminate utensils and food...and people wonder why Chipotle has so much problems with customers getting sick...we walked out didn't even eat there knowing we might be having facial hair in our food or getting sick...The district manager should probably get health code and management training for In N Out Burger....In N Out knows what's up

Terrible customer service. I had a question on an extra chicken charge when I didn’t ask for extra, I just got the chicken on the side and management was very rude. Didn’t offer any solutions and was just expecting me to pay for it when I didn’t order extra chicken. I never write reviews, but I am very upset at how I was treated.
Always good food. Loud inside when it's busy. The line moves fast.

Thank goodness the food was good! Service sucked!! No welcome at all and all the ladies working behind the counters helping customers, they all act like they didn't want to be at work. It was about 1pm on this beautiful Tuesday. Like mad they are at work! Especially, Ms Melonie with all the piercings on her face. She was the first point of contact and she was rude and very unwelcoming. I had to ask her what her name was because I was appalled by her demeanor and lack of service. Go home if you don't want to work! This business is paying you to do a job. Do it or just go home boo. Or maybe find a job you love. That may help. the young lady at the lettuce bar, put some lettuce on the bowls and stop being stingy!
