Parking: the parking lot is a bit of a mess with potholes and old paint, but there’s an accessible space near the entrance.

Good donut shopOf course mom and pop owned. They had their donuts racked up and stocked up; keep in mind they are one of their only shops standing in the building/parking they are at and still standing. And I’m 100% sure the neighborhood shops there. Good people and good service.
Priced a touch high but the donuts are excellent and they are open 24/7. Just need to figure out when they put out fresh warm donuts and I'll be happy as can be
