Was excited and wanted to like this place. Was looking forward to supporting a small business over Starbucks. Unfortunately I wonât be going back. Immediately upon entering I felt unwelcome and bad energy. I was not greeted with a hello or a smile. I was just stared at, then left there awkwardly for a couple minutes. When my order was taken I wasnât asked any clarification questions. When I got my vanilla cold brew it was clear there was no milk added. Sure enough on the cup he wrote âno milkâ even though that wasnât clarified or asked. I was going to let it go, but when I got in my car, I decided to go back in and ask for milk. When I walked back in the 2 workers behind the counter (the boy that took my order, and a girl sitting down leaned over the counter, and laying in her arm) looked up at me, then look at each other and didnât say anything. I asked for some milk while the girl continues to stare at me (it was really uncomfortable and I felt very unwelcome and awkward) I took my drink, told them they were unfriendly, and got the hec out of dodge. I came to terms the workers must be in high school. They had zero customer service or people skills. I can take bad service but never bad vibes!! Zero stars

We decided to check this place out because of the fantastic reviews and it exceeded expectations. I wish I could rate it 10 stars! We are only in Norco for a few days, but we have been here every day. Every coffee that weâve gotten is delicious and the service has been exceptional every time. Walked in place was clean and nice blonde young lady took our order super bubbly and sweet , brunette girl gave off such snobby vibes didnât greet us when we walked in and was mean mugging us the whole time as if we were an inconvenience to her

Ice cream: I got a scoop of the "mocha almond fudge". This rivals Baskin Robin's Jamocha Almond Fudge! Amazing flavor profile. My better half got the Ube flavored ice cream. This was delicious and I highly recommend if you've never had ube (purple sweet potato) before. Will definitely be coming back for more ice cream!
Coffee: Cold brew is unrivaled! Starbucks and Dutch Bros, MOVE ASIDE! a new contender has come into town! White mocha is delicious and the flavor profile of the cold brew is INCREDIBLE! They take pride in their coffee and it shows!
Atmosphere: Very friendly and welcoming environment! Great music, good people, family Friendly atmosphere... can't ask for anything better! I highly recommend this place to all coffee and ice cream fanatics!

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to stop as we were passing through Norco. Place is clean, smells amazing when you walk in, but the girl that took our order gave off âannoyed please hurry up vibesâ. If someone tells you âsorry itâs our first time hereâ maybe say â oh welcome!â Or â nice. How did you hear about us?â or âok welcome. What type of coffee drink do you typically likeâ or maybe make a recommendation. Instead this employee stared at us with the most annoyed and bothered look. And tone in her voice seemed like it was an inconvenience to have to wait on us. Total night and day from the female employee that assisted us with the ice cream. She was Bright bubbly friendly tone in here voice.
