I absolutely love del taco and their double del burger or chicken soft tacos....tell me where other than baker's can you get tacos and fries and burgers all at the same place.....we are lucky as southern Californians to have a gem like this in our neck the woods....jus saying

Went to this del taco and ordered a carne asada quesadilla. I was charged almost $2 extra, because it was not on their menu. I got home, and had a regular cheese quesadilla in my bag! What a waste of money.
It's not the first time either. A couple years ago, I ordered a quesadilla, and got home, with no quesadilla!
I eat there almost every week, but no more! I'll save my money, and health and never go there again! What a rip off!

I asked for my order and the lady said I needed to wait. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before I asked again and then she picked up a bag that had been hitting there since I asked the first time and handed it to me. My food is cold. My soda is flat. Please have at least one person over the age of 21 working in the restaurant please. The teenagers have too much attitude.

I stopped at this Del Taco on Saturday around 5 PM and left feeling genuinely disgusted. I watched an employee handle food with bare hands — no gloves at all. It’s 2025… how is this still happening?
We all know people have personal lives and do who-knows-what outside of work. That’s exactly why food safety standards exist. Customers shouldn’t have to wonder where someone’s hands have been before touching the food we’re supposed to eat.
I’m disappointed and honestly grossed out. Management needs to fix this immediately, because customers deserve to feel safe ordering here.
Could not get a refund for the food, I just left it.

Used to be my favorite fast food but now the food is inconsistent and is extremely over salted to the point I can't eat it! The tortillas are dry and cold and the beans are dried up. This includes almost all the Del Tacos in Southern California!!

Paid 3 something for a burger got bread and a patty with nothing Else , the lazy worker said that’s what i ordered. I was expecting 100% beef patty grilled to order, American cheese, two fresh tomato slices, burger sauce, crisp shredded lettuce, and diced onions on a grilled sesame seed bun.
