Our server Karla is amazing, she was on top of refills and communicating what’s going on, even with being the only server and their being a party of 20. Every time I come at night she’s on her own, great worker.

They messed up our Christmas dinner by leaving out the most important dish. I called twice, nobody answered, and in the end I got no refund and no food. Just a complete disappointment. If you’re ordering from this Denny’s, be warned: they might ruin your night too.

Sorry but this place is trash my husband and I went there three times before and all the time well the waitress that we’ve had always have a bad attitude and aren’t polite, this last time we went was Sunday it was a few ppl sitting down eating and the server didn’t come to us until it was about 20 min to ask us what we want to drink? Then took 20 min to get us the drinks we still had a bit patience and gave her grace and waited for another 15 min then we just hit up and walked out along with these two gentlemen sitting in from of us they were late for a meeting I overhead them saying they had sat there for an hour and only had gotten drinks . This place has potential but has to do better.

The waitress hardly talked. Not pleasant at all!! I asked for mustard and was given old mustard packets that were hard and dry. They won't honor the kids eat free sign outside if you order off the value menu. Drinks are 3.99. Crazy! Food was blah. Definitely, will not be returning.

I came to this Denny's because the one in Eastvale gave me and my family horrible service. I let the staff know we had a bad experience and Nadia took that into consideration and gave us amazing service!! The manager was also very kind and attentive. 10/10 across the board! ✨

Multiple problems on 11/20/2025 6am visit. Server tried to memorize my order and when repeating it back got it wrong and had to be corrected. I asked for grape jelly for my toast and server forgot until I had to mention it again. Was most of the way though my meal, including the toast before I was even recognized as existing. I also was never offered a top-off of my coffee. It's immoral to thin out the bacon and charge more for it. The dining hall was cold because they are apparently trying to squeeze out that last bit of profit.

Never going to Denny's ever again. Nothing like being ignored and then having to hunt down your bill just to pay and leave. On top of this, the menu had no advertising deals like we see on TV, menu is much smaller and food is poor quality. Goodbye Denny's

5$ orange juice and they gave us small glasses, waitress gave another table really big glasses and they did not ask for bigger glasses, probably family (maybe race motivated). I don't like favoritism. Portions were lower than other Denny's, everything was greasy, the plates, the table, and every person in here was coughing and not covering their mouth. This place has a sticky substance on every table and counter, unacceptable! Disgusting place, go down the road and go to another location. Unacceptable! Unacceptable! OVERPRICED!!!
