I waited 1:30 hours to get my pizza BUT i gave it five stars because of the manager. I didnt get his name but he was hispanic. This man answered the phone and delivered my pizza in 10 minutes. He also gave me 2 free pizzas. Thats what i call great management and customer service. That wat i call a leader. I know that their delivery guy bailed out on them and they were busy but they super professional about it. Great job everyone!!!
This location is decent enough. It is however the only Domino’s I have ever experienced a charge for red peppers so I never pick them up here. Also my order has been inaccurate at times and the pizzas sometimes come out undercooked but that’s fine because I usually bake them again when I get home anyway. It’s somewhat like McDonald’s they do not offer napkins with your meal either but that could be a training issue and does not reflect Domino’s customer service excellence.
Best customer service EVER! My order was delivered with errors :/ and I called Dominos back to let them know, I had gotten it wrong :( then the store associate offered to correct my order and he issued the correction no hassle no back and forth and for that I GIVE MY LOCAL DOMINOS A 5 STAR REVIEW!!THANK YOU!!
