Before our food was even delivered, we were planning to return to try more items.
The chips are great the salsa is great. Great way to start off Mexican meal in America. I got the signature dish, chile verde chimichanga, right of the picture on the front of the menu. I was not disappointed! The posole was real good and the queso birria was one of the best I've had in a restaurant. Kids were happy with asada fries.
Refillable sodas are great, but be careful the michelada is good enough that I had to order a 2nd.
Service is fine, they give you time if you want and come to help when you want.
This is the good kind of place we need to keep in business. Yum
OMG we were so focused and happy with the food, I got no pictures LoL.

Good spot in Norco for authentic Mexican food. The menu has some delicious items. I had the Nopal burrito comes with pork and nopales and smothered in wet sauce it was huge and very delicious. The place is well kept decorated nicely, several TVs playing the ball game, there's a bar here, friendly staff, the waitress was very attentive. Restrooms were clean and orderly. I highly recommend this place if you're in Norco and in the mood for Mexican food.

We eat here a lot. One of the best authentic Mexican food places around anymore where you can go in, sit down, and be waited on! Bar/large party area and TVs throughout!!
Laura is exceptional!! She is always kind and welcoming!! She is such a hard worker and does her very best to take care of her customers even at its busiest time. Doña Luisa’s is very lucky to have her😊

I went there with my husband. When we walked in it took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. A waiter said he'd be with us in a minute. Nothing. Then a waitress said she'd be with us shortly. We sat down and 15....15 minutes later we were seated. There were plenty of free tables too.
10 minutes being seated and we finally got our order in for drinks.
When the waiter came back we gave our order for food. It took 45 minutes to an hour to get our food .
I ordered an enchilada and hard shell taco. I got a Chile relleno and the taco.
Food tasted like grease and no flavor.
My husband ordered a carne asada and it also lacked in flavor.
We left unhappy and were sick for 2 days 😡

This place has some great food! Always on point and packed with plenty of flavor. I had the shrimp taco and vegetarian burrito each time. Would have given them 5 stars but it’s an older Hispanic lady that works in the front that seems to always have an attitude, like she doesn’t want to be there or doesn’t like African Americans. Outside of that, all of the other staff members were very nice and pleasant

Went here because my sister loves Mexican food and it was her birthday.

They did a great job with the decorations. The walls and even the tables are covered with Mexican art.

There was also Spanish music playing.

It's a long wait for the food to be prepared, so the chips and salsa were appreciated.

When our server noticed that our chips and my sister's water were gone, she was quick to refill them.

When the food came out, the portions were impressively big, big enough for us to have leftovers to take home.

I thought my burrito tasted salty when I took the first bite. I thought I might be imagining it, but when I ate the leftovers later I thought the same thing. Maybe because it was so cheesy? So if you're watching your sodium, this might not be so great.

At the same time, it wasn't spicy, so I'm glad they had 2 different hot sauces and a shaker of red peppers available on the table so you can adjust the spiciness.

I ordered the vegetarian burrito, but it was more bean and cheese than veggies and definitely not vegan. There was a tiny bit of greens put to one side outside of the burrito.

So I liked the atmosphere and the portions, not so much the saltiness of my burrito that I also wish had more greens.

Doña Luisa’s has been a date night staple for my boyfriend and I for years. The staff is always friendly no matter if they’re busy or not. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. And this restaurant is the one of the only places that play GOOD, ATMOSPHERIC MUSIC!!! This is one of my favorite aspects of this place. I recommend this restaurant to everyone and I’ve taken many friends and family here to share the experience and enjoyment. Thank you Doña Luisa for making this restaurant truly special!!!

Came in for a quick beer and appetizer. Ordered an horchata and carne asada nachos. The horchata was rancid and the nachos came with no carne asada, canned refried beans and drenched in crema. The bottle of modelo was the highlight of our meal! Very nice staff, subpar food.

Good food, great service, atmosphere uncluttered and clean but not noteworthy, prices... average. Menu has a good selection of dishes... chicken, pork, beef, seafood, broken into dinner serving with sides to ala carte, to kids choices, to appetizers. They do pretty good shrimp burritos, chicken nachos, and beef fajitas. All in all it is a place you'll leave satisfied!
