Had a great experience tonight with Matt, Lainey (spelling? I'm so sorry 😅) and Adrian. Matt was awesome taking our order, very friendly and affable. He had a great conversation with my husband, but I promise we didn't take up too much of his time! Haha. Lainey and Adrian were also wonderful as they made our order and were very supportive coworkers when we shared what a pleasure Matt was. Thank you three for a great end to sweet date night with my husband. Oh, and the coffee is always delicious! We got the Kicker and Double Torture with a chocolate chip muffin top. Yum yum! 😋 Thanks again! Great team you've got at the Norco location.

I usually get a medium pineapple pomegranate iced green tea, and it’s always on point. It can get somewhat busy at times, but the drinks are consistently great and worth the wait. The staff keeps things moving, and I’ve never been disappointed with my order.

I had Dutch Bros a few years ago in NorCal and thought, “what’s the hype?” . I wasn’t impressed but granted I only had one drink and just really never thought about it again. But fast forward a few years I stopped by the location on Hamner and the dude who took my order, Silvio, was super friendly and answered all my questions about what drinks were the best sellers which were his favorites, etc. Anyhow, thanks Silvio! You made me a Dutch Bros believer! I’ll be back for sure!

The parking lot was Psycho full today. There was a merch release but I'm so glad they have a third line for regular people like me that just want coffee and don't want to deal with the crowd. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes from ordering and getting my drink. I live in Riverside so to come to this one and not have a line with a breath of fresh air, Van Buren sucks and you get your drinks in about 20 to 30 minutes drive-thru lol.

Pick up window is a joke. 1 window with 1 worker to take orders and call out names when it’s ready couldn’t be less efficient. All they do is try and shout your name. If you miss it, they’ll never call you again and you’ll have to get back in line with people trying to order so you can ask if your order is ready just for them to tell you “they’re making it”. Everyone just stands around the one window either to order or wait for your drink. Gotta ask everyone if they’ve ordered just to hear they’re just waiting.
If you want coffee, not your place. If you want sugar or an instagram pic, hope you have time to burn.
