I will say though, I don't know if she's the manager and I didn't catch her name... but everytime we have come we have ordered through the drive thru from the sweetest, most professional, best drive-thru lady EVER!! The world needs more people like her!

Last time I had Fazoli’s was back in Wisconsin! Long over due!! The mozzarella balls are FIRE? The breadsticks are FIRE, spaghetti was very good and the baked spaghetti with the meatballs was delicious but the meatballs had a flavor I didn’t like (won’t get again)

I placed a DoorDash order and after waiting for close to an hour I called the store to ask about the order and they claimed it was ready just for my second dasher to cancel because they lied and it was in fact not ready. And the ranch they charge 1.25 are a joke 😭 it’s a small little bag that’s only filled 1/4 of the way. I will say the chicken Alfredo is good but some honesty and better customer service would have been appreciated
Had the chicken Parm bake. It was excellent. Good value for the price. I will definitely go back.

Loved Fazolis when I lived in the Midwest. I was really looking forward to savor the same. But a bit of a let down. Got the combo lasagna, fettuccine, and spaghetti. Some of the lasagna layers were a bit chewy....undercooked or been sitting touching a warmer pan for too long. Portions were good enough for two. Breads ticks were good. I'm hoping my next visit will be better.

Partner and I got the baked chicken pene with broccoli and the spicy baked pene. Broccoli was a 10/10 and the spicy pene was 10/10. The breadsticks were also amazing. The pizza was a tad lack luster. The lemon Italian ice was amazing but the blue raspberry was too sweet. Overall we agreed to visit again.

The workers here are super nice and friendly. This cashier lady went around giving out free breadsticks to everybody. The breadsticks here are way better than olive gardens. I’ll definitely be back more often!
