I’ve never had an issue with In-N-Out, until I went to this location. I asked for a Flying Dutchman Protein style with 1 Patty, yet I was charged for a Double Double, my child asked for layered cheese fries, I asked and confirmed with 3 different employees that the cheese fries were LAYERED, they all said yes, to my surprise when I got home there was only cheese on top. This is the exact reason why I don’t like going to drive thru to get my food. If I ever go to this location again (which I hope I don’t need to) I will not be doing drive thru.

Love their food, service and atmosphere! Love to see a young generation in the service industry with excellent customer service skills. I don't know where you're recruiting your employees or what training you're giving them, but keep it up! McDonald could certainly learn from your techniques!
