We got our order taken from Juan a couple minutes ago and he’s literally the nicest person who’s ever taken my order!! He was very attentive and made sure to double check everything!! Will definitely come back

I genuinely only go here because it’s conveniently close to my house but that also means I’ve been several times. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times in recent, the service is regularly very slow, and if you don’t extra toast your sourdough they’ll basically just give you plain sourdough bread slices.

The food is never Hot its seems like its sitting there all day then they serve it
They are the worst jack in the box ever. Van not get an order right, service is bad. This seems to be too difficult for them to serve up hamburgers. It would be different if this was only once or twice but they get it wrong more than they get it right.
