Seems jack in the box dont open at posted times thats stated… we as the customer get yelled at for pulling into the drive through 20 minutes after posted open time for disturbing them… seems like time clock fraud..

10:30 pm and these people didn't even try to get the order right. The chick at the window is to busy gossiping and talking about stuff like just because she's talking in Spanish nobody knows what she's talking about. I ordered four tacos no sauce all of my tacos haf sauce. I ordered a root beer and got a Dr Pepper instead so if she would stop sitting there chit-chatting and gossiping she can get the order right but apparently their service doesn't matter. Worst jack in box I've gone too!

I was just at the drive thru picking up an online mobile order. It said my order would be ready by 11:10 pm, as we get to the drive thru for pick up there was a line of about 4/5 cars ahead of us. Little did we know we were going to wait in that drive thru for over 25 min. Service was so slow, that other vehicles behind us started to leave. We almost did too but my kids were hungry and the order was already paid for. I will NEVER go back there again. Its so sad, it's supposed to fast food for a reason. I hope this improves some how because it was pretty ridiculous. Honestly we should have gone to McDonald's across the street

Food is ok. People who hate their lives serving you, not so much. Horrible experience tonight because of the acidyof the girl taking my order at 9:30pm July 8th 2025. Not EVEN hospitable. Sorry to bother her??

Where to begin… first of all, I have never been to a Jack in Box that had some chairs across the registers for a seating area. It’s like they know they are going to take a very long to have your food ready. As I sat there waiting for someone to be ready to take my order, I witnessed an argument between employees. No care in the world I was standing there waiting to order. After a couple of minutes I asked one of the guys if and when he has a minute, I would like to place an order. He said, okay, turned around to face the fries, waited about 30 seconds, turned again to me and pretended to greet me for the first time and said “welcome to jack in the box, may I take your order?” This was bizarre, like he needed to get his stage face on before taking my order. While waiting for my food, I began to notice the girl on the fryer touching frozen food with bare hands, no gloves, just hand to food, then tossed stuff in the fryer. I then began to observe more and realized she was also cleaning and wiping her bare hands to her blue jeans; maybe because of the frozen food; then proceeded to keep working the fryer. I kept observing and it only got worse. Girl got a new bag of fries, dropped it on the ground, picked it up then opened it. Still no gloves. The opening of the bag was not big enough so she stuck her hand inside the bag to grab a hand full of fries, again without gloves, then again tossed them in the fryer. After watching her confidently working, I decided to ask someone that seemed to be the leader of the group working about the professional food handling. I asked “I don't work in the food industry so I don't know what is happening but, is she supposed to not use gloves?” “Again, I don’t know about this so I am curious because I also watched her clean her hands on her pants then handle the food.” I was told “oh I don’t know, I’ll bring it up to the manager, because I don’t know; she’s the shift leader right now.” After that, I just took my food. Tossed it in the trash outside and had to leave. I am lost for words.

The attitude of the reception staff is bad. As a service industry, it's very unpleasant for you to give customers a bad face when I buy things. I used to come here often to eat, but now thank you. I won't come again
