So this guy with a goatee when we first get here asks for our order with a tone not a good one and then when we ask for sauce he makes a smart remark when we asked for more. Over all rude.

You need to rehire the staffs who love to talk trash in Spanish and have attitudes toward customers without any reason. The staff didn't even say "Hi" or "Bye" and threw the food to me and close the drive-thru window. Very Rude and unprofessional.

They didn't charge me on my bank card for a while so I thought I had more room in my budget for fast food. I would have been more thrifty if I had an accurate count. At the end of the month near rent time they suddenly charged me 80$ unexpectedly. This screwed me bad. I only go there to dump my trash now.

The quality of the food is fine, but staff is a no-no. I have been ordering from this location for over a decade since residing in the IE, and this is far worse than Rancho Cucamonga or Chino Hills locations. Here's the story.

Yesterday the app had a Wednesday promo for a free jack wrap with purchase. Stopped by there to grab lunch with my dad and younger brother, and when my dad picked up my order before we left we asked for buttermilk ranch dressing as my younger brother liked to dip his egg rolls with it. Ordered a Crispy Jack Wrap, three boxes of 3 pack egg rolls and four of the tacos. A large stocky Latina woman who is the manager on duty (not the other one that is the slender woman), made us pay extra for the dressing sauces. Also, when we returned home to eat the Jack Wraps, tacos and egg rolls, we realized that two out of four tacos were actually missing, as well as one of the egg roll boxes. My dad had to rush back to the this location and he inquired about the missing tacos and eggrolls with the SAME useless manager, she refused to disclose her name and is so naive, unprofessional and rude that she kept bragging about her bagging the food and saying thar she went too fast so she can say that she purposely left our tacos behind.

Well guess what? She also turned her back and did not want to say anything further about the situation. How would you hire a leader who would single us out and not resolve such a simple matter? She refused to even refund the money from the missing items, which I am very disappointed and horrified. We will also have to end up waiting for the credit card company to refund us via a dispute resolution process.

I will have to end up going to the Rancho Cucamonga location near my Apple Store from now on. Even though it is a bit further away their employees get our orders right all the time!

A no go location for me. I had gone through the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago around 9pm. Got my food and went home. The next day, I notice my credit card was missing. I searched EVERYWHERE for it. Only place I didn't check was this place (last place I would think it would be at). I tried calling the location but the number was disconnected. Drove to the location and sure enough, they had my credit card. The manager at the location didn't care at all that my credit card was held onto by the cashier the previous night. In my 20 some years of fast food, I never have had a cashier not give back my credit card. My fault for not realizing it but cashier should have returned my card after the purchase was complete.

I would leave no stars if possible. The staff almost never opens on time, and they are extremely rude if you come at opening time and they arent ready. They were great back when they were 24 hour service, now I cant stand coming here and wondering if I will be able to get breakfast before I have to make it to work. Though the company doesn' seem to update any of the hours for Jack in the Box locations, this store opens at 5:30AM, they are not 24 hours, and neither are any of the other stores in the area except for eastvale.

Absolute worst experience. Drive thru employee was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a manager she refused and said no manager on duty. Would not give me a receipt made me wait at the window after giving me my food for 20 mins while other customers are waiting all over my receipt. Probably didn't want me to have one so I couldn't complain or leave a review. Worst experience and quite frankly the quality of the food everytime I come is not even good let alone great. Only time I come to this one when I'm desperate and don't want to drive further off 6th St. Honestly go to McDonald's or Taco Bell. Better service, people and food.
