service has always been great. But these last two times has been horrible. I walk into get an acai bowl and what seems to be the manager (Hispanic black hair). Makes a face as i order like if its a chore to do her job. Tonight I walk in to get a bowl and one of the workers (male glasses frizzy hair) throws a bowl from the back to the line the young lady makes it gives it to me and it is already melting. Not once did I see her scoop any ice cream into it. That is lazy and also is unsanitary to leave cold foods out for extended periods of time. Which is what happened. Other then that the place is clean and organized.

The girl who works in the afternoons is very slow and is chatting with her friends and gets annoyed when you tell her you're in a hurry.

Was overcharged for my items and with help from manager the employee was to refund my card… it’s been 8 days no sign of refund when I asked about it manager said after 5 more days they would need to contact corporate office to see if it’s possible because it was a card… this is to much trouble on my part for a couple of dollars.. but it’s the principle of the matter I am very disappointed in.

Worst smoothie I've ever tasted. I guess that's a plus being that it had no taste. (TRASH WORTHY) I threw it in the trash. Don't bother!

Love their smoothies. The rudest employee I've ever encountered in my entire life. I will not go back to that one ever again.. I don't know her name, but I feel very sorry for her coworkers as well.

Doors were open. I’ve never been want to try. Since doors were open I assume they were open for business waited there for a while. I noticed they have cameras. Nobody came out to greet. You could just hear laughing in the back. You think they would just come out to greet and say sorry we’re not open yet or how can I help you so I just left. Most likely Not going back. This is how businesses are closing. Nobody wants to work anymore.

We arrived and a blonde girl came out with an attitude as if we were interrupting her lunch. I asked if they had acai bowls as when trying to order online says it's unavailable. She replied yes in an upset way. We also wanted to buy 2 juices and asked for the BOGO promotion. She said that that promotion was from 7-9 pm. It was 6:55 pm. (What a bummer!) She wasn't kind enough and let us have the promotion. The other girl with curly hair prepared our bowls while chi-chatting with the blonde girl. They just slid our bowls enough to reach us and left to the back quickly without waiting for us to leave. Their attitude is just not the right one to be working for Jamba Juice. We don't mind driving a few extra miles to the Eastvale location. Also, Google says that their hours are until 7 pm., but they are until 9 pm. Please fix that.
