New management cut the staff, and I'm here on a Saturday morning waiting for over 20 mins for my order. The single employee who is here, is trying and doing her best, but the line at the door keeps getting longer. This is no shape or form a review on service because she is always great (I'm a regular), but rather on the lack of planning by management. This place has plenty of regulars, and a couple walked out today. I may soon as well if this continues.

The owner served us. He was very nice and had an extremely respectful demeanor. Kind and honest with his regulars and always service with a smile. 10/10, Fantastic Spot!

Order a carrot and orange juice and my wife order just orange juice, I think machine was messed up very noise and orange was squeezed including the skin inside. I never had that nasty juice it was very thick and bitter taste like you are eating a orange without peeling off.

Girls were closing at 7PM when hours say open until 9- were extremely rude and not even cleaning properly. One had curly hair and a nose ring and the other was a blonde girl. If the hours are wrong online, they should fix that, but even so customer service was awful.

Good smoothies but what happened to the stools?? They have been gone for a very long time. People want to sit down, relax and enjoy a smoothie, but apparently the owner doesn't want customers to be comfortable.

Long wait standing and I seen them have to remake 3 smoothies over as they were wrong (including mine) Just wanted a refreshing drink...

I used to really enjoy Jamba Juice back in the day and decided to take a walk down memory lane, give the Starbucks a rest, and give it a shot. Well, it certainly provided that Jamba Juice ambiance. A small, crowded little waiting area with minimal seating - but I won't ding them for that because that's Jamba Juice. Just know, if you've been to a Jamba Juice, you probably already know what to expect in this department. Service was good in that they were very polite, but it took longer than I had anticipated. Now I'm not trying to be a Karen here, but I do need to warn you that in my experience, it took a good while. I don't remember how long, but I remember it feeling long when compared to my previous JJ experiences. Food was pretty good. It was what you'd expect. I also got a wheat grass shot, like I do, and that was ... well, not *tasty*, but it's not supposed to be. But if you know, you know. No complaints here. Would I recommend? Sure, as far as I'd recommend any Jamba Juice. Give 'em a try!

Really? It's understandable to require cash only when a problem arises but to make a drink that's not Jamba Juice worthy (too watery, warm) and a restroom with a broken toilet handle? Come on owner take pride

I ordered two of the same size smoothies and got disproportionate drinks. (See photo). I was not offered their free add-ons (Like whey or soy protein). No carrying tray was offered either. This was either laziness or intentional.

Ordered an acai bowl and it wasn’t cold enough. It didn’t have that good consistency/texture. It was all melted and the bananas were gross. The whole bowl is different they hardly put any of the toppings in there. Sad.

This Jamba Juice ran by some of the most lacking girls. Their social skills are at best at level 1 and they get that point for just showing up. The atmosphere is dry the service is scummy. They didn't tell me about the App or the promotion. My drink looked watery, I tasted it and it was ok for the first sip or 2. I came back and the only person with sort of a smile says, I thought you said it was good. Ha!! Just know that I'm back with a complaint and fix it young lady, Customer Service is horrible there. The strawberry's were white on the inside. I saw one girl make a kids drink, she saw that it was blended appropriately and poured the smoothly with the big piece of strawberry into his cup.

With summer fast approaching, the staff would be wise to acknowledge ALL consumers. I just paid $6.75/gallon in gas today and if I'm going to splurge on a smoothie I can easily make at home (probably more to my liking over the convenience of being out), I can just as easily drive a couple of miles further to the Crossings if I will get better service :/

So I walked into Jamba Juice at the Norco Ca location, and had somewhat of a rude experience. The only thing that made up for it was the hard working gentleman name Joshua who assisted me. He was very sweet and super professional. All I needed was a gift carded, which he got for me no problem. I just noticed how fast he was moving but still had a moment to acknowledged me. The only issue I was having was the female worker who was quietly standing behind him. She had her hair wrapped up in a bun, heavy set, with a piercing above her lip. When I walked in, she didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence. She just pretty much gave me a blank stare which I thought was extremely rude. I was grossed out because she also kept wiping her hands on her clothes and was not working as hard as the young man. It was pretty funny because I heard she was a manager in training. I don't know who hired her, but she really needs to brush up on her manners and at least be polite to customers. For personal hygiene, she should definitely consider wearing gloves and an apron. I think the young man derserve a to be acknowledged and possibly promoted. I can tell he puts effort in what he is doing.
