As, soon as I walked in all the tables were dirty. We wiped our own table down. Now the bathroom was Disgusting. Seems that you guys may need to retrain. Very disappointing đ.

The app order is never accurate on time, is says âasap 15 minsâ and itâs not. Like 1 hour and 20 mins or 1 hour and 40 mins. Sorry guys I donât have a 3 hours lunch break.

05/15/24 12:30 Arrived when it said my order would be ready but continued to wait another 25 min, not my concern as much as the female with attitude at the cashier (dark hair). More than 10 guests walked in never greeted anyone or myself, I asked for an update on my order as I waited 20 min after my pickup time 12:29 she says theyâre making it now which I was fine with but she proceeded to have an attitude and Tossed not placed every sandwich in the bag then passes the bag to me with no words and walks away. We come here often and first time with bad customer service. Food was okay I understand the rush played a factor.
