I stopped here for lunch the other afternoon. I had not been to Jimmy John's for a very long time because I did not live close to one. In the past I used to eat at Jimmy John's quite often. I would always get the gargantuan on the regular bread not on the French bread. This time I got the gargantuan on the French bread. When I get it on the regular bread it seems to be a larger sandwich. I always get extra oil and extra Mayo, extra tomatoes and on the French bread it was a lot soggier than on the regular bread. The sandwich was still good and it took me three meals to eat the whole thing.
The two people that were working were very friendly and greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. I was taking a order for somebody who had never been to Jimmy John's and they were very patient waiting for me as I was trying to figure out what my wife wanted to eat. The restaurant itself, especially behind the counter, was very clean and organized. There was nobody in the restaurant at the time I stopped by. They did make the sandwich very quickly and they did cut mine in half. Their prices were a little bit less than Subway which was a relief.
If I am in the area again I will definitely make sure that I stop by here and grab a delicious sandwich.

Purchased 2 sandwiches. One, Purchased had half the main ingredients that make it the sandwich and then the second sandwich didn't have lettuce. But the staff was nice and took order quick

The GM is there from 11 am to 2:00 pm she is short pudgy female with fake red hair and trys to act polite with a face greeting and smile..she is combative and absolutely hates customers ..just a horrible overall fake person.. do not expect good customer service from her she will be delt with soon this is not acceptable I have a cousin who owns multiple jimmy John's his name is Scott Hines this GM is horrible!

The night manager is awesome and handle my catering order of 3 30 pcs very well and was eager to assist me and made sure I was completely ok and satisfied he even went into specific detail of what comes on the sandwiches and how we can customize or have options on the side I will return thanks to the great customer service ? ?

Usually a great sandwich . This time, not so much. They still had posters advertising items they were no longer selling (Thai Chicken wrap ). And then when I ordered a sandwich instead, they forgot the mayo and jimmy mustard I asked to be put on my sandwich.

The person who has been answering the phone for a catering that I want to place is the rudest and obnoxious being I have ever known. He has zero customer service n should not be allowed to work in a place like Jimmy Jones where food is excellent. He needs to be fired as he has no place in any customer service environment. I am open to tell management n owner the detail of my horrendouse ordering experience with JJ NORCO, if ineterested as this guy made me really angry since I have worked hospitality foryears n could not believe there's such a thing working for Jimmy Jones.
