I ordered delivery and it was running a little late so I called and the girl that answered was so sweet and informed me they didn't have a driver and found a third party driver to deliver my food . She told me to call back if I had any issues , my food arrived as I was talking to her . She then called me back to make sure I got my food . So kind and awesome thank you .

I stopped here for lunch the other afternoon. I had not been to Jimmy John's for a very long time because I did not live close to one. In the past I used to eat at Jimmy John's quite often. I would always get the gargantuan on the regular bread not on the French bread. This time I got the gargantuan on the French bread. When I get it on the regular bread it seems to be a larger sandwich. I always get extra oil and extra Mayo, extra tomatoes and on the French bread it...

The night manager is awesome and handle my catering order of 3 30 pcs very well and was eager to assist me and made sure I was completely ok and satisfied he even went into specific detail of what comes on the sandwiches and how we can customize or have options on the side I will return thanks to the great customer service ? ?
