This is the worst place you could ever go to. The service is absolutely terrible and extremely slow. They didn’t even want to turn on the AC, and when they finally did, they tried to turn it off on us. Never coming back here.

Today, I went with a friend to have lunch smoke shisha and the waitress walked us to the dining area where smoking is allowed. The restaurant was very much empty at 1pm. There was a family with 3 kids in the smoking dining area. The waitress told us after she assigned a table for us, that they will not serve us shisha until this family finishes with their lunch and leave. I told her, but this is a smoking area, and you should have them set in a non smoking area. We were disappointed and left. I will not go back to them.

I would not recommend coming here. Service was god awful and waitress is full of attitude and discontent. They won’t refill your water and the waitress will hide in the back so no one can flag her down. They will charge you extra if you order a drink and side if you don’t tell them you wanted a combo. Food was extremely dry and tasteless. Probably the worst Mediterranean I’ve ever had in my life.

Simply put, this place is amazing. The food is incredible, but the service is what takes it to another level. We come here **all the time**, and the staff always remembers us and makes us feel like family. They're attentive, friendly, and just so on top of it. It's the perfect combo of fantastic food, hookah and even better service.

I came here because a friend recommended Kaza Maza, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.

We sat in the huqqa section (the server told us we didn’t need to order huqqa to sit there). We ordered baba ganoush, two cups of iced water, and the mixed grill kebab.
• Baba ganoush was fine.
• Mixed grill kebab was awful. The lamb had no flavor, the kofta was really bad, and the chicken was undercooked. We asked them to cook it more, but when it came back it was completely dry. Basically inedible.

When paying, I told our server Dana about the food, and she kindly said she wouldn’t charge us for the mixed grill plate, which I appreciated. But later when I checked the bill, I realized I was instead charged $25 for huqqa (we never ordered it!) and $3.50 for water. I still ended up paying $43 for a meal we couldn’t eat.

I was traveling and in the area last week. Went there for the first time and they didn’t disappoint. We had a lot of food and it was delicious and the pricing is amazing. It was so good I went there again for 2 more day back to back. The staff is amazing and Eva was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place

Kaza Maza Grill never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and full of Middle Eastern goodness. The service is fast and friendly, and the vibes are perfect whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Definitely a go-to spot for delicious meals. Highly recommend!
