I vowed not to eat at this KFC ever again. They never have whatever it is I decide to order. Well, tonight I was in the mood for a meal there and what do you know, I asked for a breast and a wing and they had NO breasts. This place is absolutely horrible. Keep driving and hope to get one that actually has chicken. Come on KFC! By the way, your dining room is empty which I expect is by design.

KFC has a reputation for being inconsistent. (I previously went to a different nearby location and the employees put the biscuits smashed up with the chicken bucket) but this visit was not anything like that. You all made the right call bringing back the potato wedges because they are great. Chicken is also really good. Hopefully you all can keep up this consistency.

We read that they had a 2.9 rating an they didn't even live up to that, they were worse. We ordered 2 meals both with drinks they gave us one and accused me of walking out with the other one. They were very disrespectful and with very poor customer service. Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else.

I stood there like a conplete fool for about 10 minutes calling out for assistance while also knocking on the desk. There was no response and at least 3 people eventually came from a back room on their own after finally finishing up the laughing and stories they were clearly telling each other back there. I don't know how this KFC stays so consistently awful over the years. Avoid this location if you can 👍

I recently returned to buy food, and everything has improved in terms of speed and quality. The chicken is delicious. I recommend buying your chicken at this store. I live in Ontario, and it's truly worth the drive to this location.

Mangers was so rude. I stopped her to get family dinner I thought it would be a good idea I was so wrong they messed up and ordered and the food was cold. I called back and to get it replaced no answer then I tried again she want me to go back. I gave them the food back still chicken was cold I live 15 minutes away it’s the closest kfc to my house and still they couldn’t replace my meal properly. Just a horrible experience. Management back then was better when the manager Alejandra was there. Its just had gone downhill since then.

Went there a 2nd time to give it another chance. They got my order wrong again. They gave me more dark meat than the half n half that I paid for. It’s like these people don’t care about your order. They just shove what ever they feel like in your bag and hope you don’t care enough to complain. Management is doing a terrible job of keeping their employees work ethic on check. If you want to waste your money, and gas returning your wrong order, come to this place!
