After being told to please wait after pulling up in the drive thru and waiting 10 minutes dealing with workers who were too busy talking and laughing we were told it would be an additional 20 minute wait for tenders. Please hire workers who want to work and not those who feel like we are interrupting them from talking and playing around and making up times so that customers would leave.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls and a pot pie with a large mashed potato on the side and they kept the mashed potatoes for themselves. If you like shady dining this place is a great place to get scammed at.

Miserable experience. 8:25 at night and I was hungry. The girl acted like either she didn’t know what she was doing or she didn’t care. I asked for a two piece original, one thigh and one breast, for which I said I was happy to pay, with a side order of three more biscuits, mashed potatoes and gravy, and slaw. It was a basic simple dinner. Since there was no one in line, I drove up to the window to pay. The girl told me that there were no original recipe breasts left and the biscuits, since they were out of them too, would require a 15 minute wait! I’m assuming from what I saw that they were too lazy to make any more chicken or biscuits! This was absolutely pathetic!!!
So, I said to forget it and I went to Hawaiian barbecue. I would not go back to this place if I were offered a free meal! My advice is if you want KFC in the Norco or Corona area, go to the KFC on East Ontario Avenue in Corona! They are always prompt and efficient! One night for dinner, I went to the KFC on East Ontario and asked for eight original recipe thighs. They had them ready in no time!!!
I am saying below that I did take out, but I cancelled the order and drove away, but that isn’t one of the choices!

Ran out of chicken almost 2 hours before closing. Kept changing their story for how long it would take, making it longer and longer. Refused to refund since order was placed on the app. Their manager on duty was inconsistent in what she kept telling us. Customer service was closed for day so we couldn’t get our order refunded there either.

I vowed not to eat at this KFC ever again. They never have whatever it is I decide to order. Well, tonight I was in the mood for a meal there and what do you know, I asked for a breast and a wing and they had NO breasts. This place is absolutely horrible. Keep driving and hope to get one that actually has chicken. Come on KFC! By the way, your dining room is empty which I expect is by design.

KFC has a reputation for being inconsistent. (I previously went to a different nearby location and the employees put the biscuits smashed up with the chicken bucket) but this visit was not anything like that. You all made the right call bringing back the potato wedges because they are great. Chicken is also really good. Hopefully you all can keep up this consistency.

We read that they had a 2.9 rating an they didn't even live up to that, they were worse. We ordered 2 meals both with drinks they gave us one and accused me of walking out with the other one. They were very disrespectful and with very poor customer service. Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else.
