Tonight I went through the drive thru. Angel was sooo amazing so respectful and sufficient with her customer service. She took the time to help me find items on the menu as well as upgrading my drink for 20 cents more. She read back my order didn’t miss a thing. She made my drive thru wonderful. I got to the window she answered all my questions! What I love as well is she remembered my sauces ! You do not find people like Angel these days when it comes to fast food. Fast food workers don’t take the time the way she did ! She really made my night ! Thank you angel

I had to wait for my nuggets for 30 minutes. They didn't have customers but they told me to get out of the drive thru because it was going to take 5 minutes. My order passed 15 minutes and in between they told me it wasn't ready. I waited inside for another 15 minutes while the employees joked around and talked to each other. It's supposed to be fast food, they should be more aware. Besides, the lady approached the window after they charged me to ask what I had ordered. I think they should be more serious about serving customers.

The lady at the cashier was patient and kind, over all it’s a good atmosphere, she made sure I got my sauces and didn’t make it a big deal when I asked for one more ranch
Kid-friendliness: A very clean and Sanitary place to bring your children seems very safe as well
Wheelchair accessibility: Brought one of my clients in a wheelchair we had no problem getting access to in the store or to the restroom

Drive the extra distance to the 6th Street location. We keep giving this location a chance, but they are always out of something and the employees are always rude. Chances are done! Worse KFC location!
If i could give zero stars i would. We went through the drive thru, Feb 23 at 2:30. We ordered and when we went to the window not only did they ask us again what we ordered, they never put it in. She then asks if we want our recipes after finally putting our order through, and we said yes and she never gave it. The then come to the window a third time to ask us what we wanted to order. Nobody there seemed to know how to make a damn order.

Really disappointed in what i was served..Ordered the $20 fill up box to receive old and stale fries, hard and stale biscuits, dry and soggy chicken that was supposed to be "extra crispy". To top it off one of the pieces of chicken look like it was tampered with.. barely had any skin on it! The only thing that was edible were the chicken nuggets that were made fresh. Hadn't been to a KFC in over 5 years and now I definitely won't be coming back..
