If i could give zero stars i would. We went through the drive thru, Feb 23 at 2:30. We ordered and when we went to the window not only did they ask us again what we ordered, they never put it in. She then asks if we want our recipes after finally putting our order through, and we said yes and she never gave it. The then come to the window a third time to ask us what we wanted to order. Nobody there seemed to know how to make a damn order.

Really disappointed in what i was served..Ordered the $20 fill up box to receive old and stale fries, hard and stale biscuits, dry and soggy chicken that was supposed to be "extra crispy". To top it off one of the pieces of chicken look like it was tampered with.. barely had any skin on it! The only thing that was edible were the chicken nuggets that were made fresh. Hadn't been to a KFC in over 5 years and now I definitely won't be coming back..

Wow.If i could give no stars, I would! Saw they had this $20 fill up box and was excited to try them since it’s been a while. Needless to say i was DISAPPOINTED. When arriving they couldn’t “find” my order, asked me to double check i had the right location which i obviously did. Then after finding it, they said they were just waiting for the nuggets to come out. When i got home i opened the box to be disappointed, biscuits were hard and stale with some weird black/grey powder on them, the chicken looked like it had a bite taken out of it and the “crispy skin” was wet and soggy from them sitting for who knows how long. Fries were cold and stale and soggy, the only things that were actually decent to eat were the nuggets because they were fresh when we arrived. Definitely never going back to this KFC because they obviously don’t care about their quality that they’re giving out to us as customers. Very upsetting.

We haven't eaten at this KFC in 5 years due to a bad experience we had . I don't eat to much fried chicken but every once in awhile it sounds really good . In the last 5 years when we are wanting KFC we drive to a different one . I have COVID right now so my husband said fried chicken sounds good and decided to try this KFC in Norco again . I ordered online and he picked it up . We ordered two 3 peace Meals . Extra crispy chicken on both sides. They never put enough gravy on the potatoes so he ordered a small side of gravy and 1 extra biscuit it they charged him Over 5 bucks . Seriously for 1 biscuit and small gravy . We only live 5 min from KFC and when he got home the food was cold . 1 potatoes was ok but the other two were hardly anything in them . It was a joke . The chicken was terrible it was not extra crispy it look like original, maybe except for there was no batter at all on the chicken breast and the bottom of the chicken breast inside the container were all soggy and mushy. It was terrible. I was shocked. I don't know what happened to the chicken, but it was horrible. I couldn't even eat it.. you guys for serving food like that I will never order food online again. I guess I'll never go back to that place again I guess I should've learned my lesson five years ago because it hasn't changed.! your

The lady taking the drive thru orders was really struggling with CRS tonight. And the other lady at the window read our order back so fast I couldn't understand her. Food was good, order was correct, praise be, but the customer service was non existent. SMH. What happened to customer service????

PSA, Yelp check-in offered 1 free large drink at this location. After showing this to the cashier, he went to check with the manager which he was then told that they do not participate with Yelp check-in. I have been to another KFC and they happily accepted the Yelp check-in offer. Upon placing the order I was told that all orders would take 40 minutes........ we were the only group that was inside. I'm guessing it was the dinner online orders around 5:40pm, but totally not acceptable. I can definitely see why this location has such low rating. This place is a one and done for me, I would suggest heading across the street to the other fried chicken restaurant with the name that starts with Pop.

Ordered the famous bowl and a small side of coleslaw. On the menu it says 'add a side for 2.99' this is the 2nd time I have been charged 3.49. And the coleslaw is so dry not too much vinegar not eating it. Famous bowl was good.

We haven't been to the Norco KFC in awhile. We saw the under new management and thought let's give it a try. We were so pleased with our meals cooked right on and everything was delicious. THEY GOT THE ORDER RIGHT OH HOW NICE THAT WAS WHEN WE CAME HOME WITH OUR DINNER. Thank you . You are all great team workers. What a great change from Chick-fil-A
