Great place!! Food was amazing and the food quality was great. Tasted so fresh! Bathe service (Salma) was the most noteworthy! She came by and brought what we needed before we even needed to ask. She kept our drinks filled and noticed when we needed napkins etc. very attentive and so friendly! Even my Dad, who can be extremely critical of service at times, made multiple comments about what a great job she did. Between the prices, food, and service, we WILL be back soon!! Thank you!

This place is really good but the service tonight was terrible. The staff are friendly, however, there was only 1 waiter helping all the tables in the restaurant, packing up to go orders and checking people out. We sat for a long time with no refills, napkins or food after our first round. Owners needs to hire more waiters, this experience has left me not wanting to return. Feel so bad for the staff, they looked completely overworked.

Great food and customer service is amazing, I recommend the baked lobster roll.
Hands down my favorite sushi spot in the I.E. The food was absolutely delicious! Every employee we encountered was polite and friendly. Our 3 year old is a huge fan of the miso. This place is worth every penny. Highly recommend the seared Salmon Nigiri.

There're 2 big problems in my opinion, first not fresh fish everyday day, second and worse there's a lady serving there and all the times looks like she's dying, so bad! If not happy stay at home!! I'm sorry!! Had been there 6 or 7 times last 3 months same issue!!

I have passed by Koya Sushi few times, today myself and a friend were going to visit friends who live in the Inland Empire area, on the way we called and if they like us to take them some food. Of course free food from visitors are welcomed. We all agreed on Pizza and Sushi. My friend to order pizza and myself walked to Koya Sushi. With my cane in one hand I kind a struggled trying to open the door, the young Asian lady inside rushed to the door and opened the door for me from inside she was a customer with her family getting ready to leave the restaurant (God be with you) hopefully you get to read this review. After I entered the waiter asked me where would you like to seat . I said it is for take out, he gave me the takeout menu and said let me know when you ready. While browsing through the menu and after ordering the food, I looked around the restaurant, beautiful Japanese style decorations, and a nice mellow music, around 15 minutes the food was ready, I didn’t mind if it would take longer, I was enjoying the music and the atmosphere. I had to leave. At friends house everyone liked the sushi and the side dishes. For those who read this review please give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
