This place has problems with the customer service. Don’t know what happened to the people hired here. They seem not customer oriented and not friendly at all. If the staff don’t like to work at this restaurant, your reputation will be ruined and no one will come back here at all. I have been ordering food here for a long time. However, I did notice they have staffing issue here. And no one enjoys working here at all. Even though you have great food and reputable name brand, the lousy customer service will eventually ruin your reputation.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. Whomever is making the pizzas today (8/15/25 5pm) is doing a great job!!! Everyone loved it!!

Terrible!!! I called in a Pizza with extra sauce because yeah, I don't have much time to eat while I'm on the road working in between appointments. So that it would be ready, and I didn't have to wait long. They gave me a Pizza with absolutely no sauce on it at all. Which made me have to wait an extra 20 minutes. So now that i'm forty five minutes behind to my day appointments. Terrible

Based on my own experiences the food is generally consistent, I have not had any noteworthy concerns with the quality of the food.

Location tends to get crowded quickly and does not have the space for more than a few people waiting for/placing orders, and wait times can be excessively long even if you order ahead. On one occasion an order was made by phone but the order was not prepared until we arrived for pickup, wait time was approximately 25 minutes after the initial 20 minutes before arrival. I strongly recommend only one person go in for a pick-up/order due to the small size of the location. Better to wait outside or in a car.

I wasn't going to mention it, yet since you asked, the last 3 visits to the eastvale location my debit card has been double charged. Not once, but 3 times. I make no claims other than it's always good to actually go through a paper statement of charges and verify what you've paid for / or not.
The list of big companies that practice over charging is long and distinguished and it's a lot of money. It's worth looking as I'm certainly not the only one.

This pizza does not look like the one I ordered. It's supposed to be rectangular and the cheese is supposed to go to the edges . The pizza weighs about 5 pounds and is all dense cooked dough

Food is fine.

The problem is the staff. Obviously nobody took the time to train them. The owner is pinching money by not having enough staff. Since there was only 3 employees working 1 in kitchen, 1 in the front, and 1 moving items from the back to the to the front. The employee working the front obviously wasn’t trained right because she was getting orders wrong and missing sauces.
The management team obviously is neglectful of what their employees do because the worker in front would disappear in between customers for over 5 minutes and there would be constant laughter in the back while people are getting frustrated in the front.

The management team probably has to spend more time at this location because their customer service is trash.

Terrible customer service. Walked in with 2 employees at the front just talking, one then went to the back and the other to open the register to count all the coins in the til. Stood there ready to order for a few minutes then the employee counting the change decided to walk to the back. Walked out without ordering. Wont be back.
