DO I HAVE A STORY FOR YOU! This associate in this red jersey threw a hand handful of ketchup packets at me through the drive thus, and the photo demonstrates her lack of remorse, or accountability! The next photo demonstrates a crew member who considered her conduct as hilarious. The following photo is the manager who thought having a handful of ketchup thrown at me was comical! After the incident I contacted the County Sheriff’s department to file a complaint. The officer came and addressed the incident and spoke with the manager/crew. He informed them that the particular camera that is stationed near the drive thru window was not in operation, and needed to be resolved. How convenient! Therefore, the officer stated that the best course of action would be to provide these photos along with a formal complaint Mc Donald’s corporate office. I WONDER IF ANYONE EVER ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER ACTIONS!

Kid friendly, clean, and welcoming! Love taking my kids to the play place, eat and enjoy some Coffee with cookies.
Unfortunately, McDonalds new sauce and refill’s policy has become a such a big issue with a lot of customers complaining and upset people they take it on McDonalds employees like if they have control on their changes. I’ve have had already 3 experiences at different times while dinning with my kids where customers just start cussing, being racist, and threatening minor worker(At the register) and others to get beaten. It’s sad!
Hopefully McDonalds owners are actually taking care of these employees who have are just doing their jobs. Just my thoughts and opinion in my experiences.

Always dirty . Horrible customer service stale fries old food . Managers and staff have a Horrendous attitude , they start the issue with customers with their attitude. Horrible customer service. Save your money eat elsewhere.

This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. I am constantly being asked to park, yet the food still doesn’t come out fresh. The level of incompetence here is honestly shocking. Management is clearly lacking, and the overall operation feels like an absolute joke.

Quick service, and reasonable food. The play area was closed for cleaning, but the kids were all complaining nobody was in there actually cleaning it. Wife and I had a lovely breakfast as a quick stop on our road trip. So glad to have McDonald's available!

Employee with the face tattoos is rude, no customer service skills at all. If you’re having a bad day, call off. I couldn’t even get any sauce when I asked because I didn’t “ask” for it on the app. Ridiculous

The wait staff here are unfriendly. They don't provide straws or napkins for drinks. My daughter ordered a McFlurry, and the waiter didn't even give her a spoon. I asked her to go to the front desk to ask for a spoon, but the waiter just threw it on the table. Customers come to eat, not to be judged. The waiters here need to improve their professionalism.

Hey, it’s McDonald’s. They’re always busy. I see they’re doing their best they can but no one really came to help me at the register which people these days order before or order on the order machines there that’s my bad not too up-to-date with ordering before you go into a restaurant sort of old-fashioned go in order look at the menu. Well it is what it is. It’s McDonald’s. It’s always busy and that’s good for them.
