Ordered an iced mocha frapp and gave the gal $10 cash. Four minutes later she handed me back my change, wrong. About 4 minutes later I received my drink. It appeared to me that there was no sense of urgency or taking pride in doing their job efficiently and accurately.

The shift lead employee seemed like she hates her job. Took forever to take our order even though the restaurant was empty. Then they got our order totally wrong. It's a clean restaurant but that is the only good thing I can say about it.

Some people say there’s a playground and some people say there isn’t. I just went there yesterday and based on my review, it’s actually good. They do have a playground but they don’t like allow free refills anymore. The only free refills they have is water but overall it was actually good
