If your business hours say you're open until 9pm, then why wouldn't you stay open until 9pm? Arrived before 9 just to be told they were closed.

I’m only giving two stars not because the food is bad but there workers are terrible! Messed up my order then they tell me I have to pay extra for there mess up… I won’t be coming back here again….

Really good Hawaiian plate food with friendly service in a beautifully put together restaurant. The service is good but very slow, best to call ahead.
My first time coming in here and I never coming back ...... first the employee taking my order (Valentino) welcomed me with an attitude!!!! My kids were excited for the food but after the way he was taking the order my kids attitude changed....... Got my order went home and feed my kids , I was really upset because I was missing some food . I call and ask for manager, someone named Ashley said to come back and get my food so I drive 15 min to go get it , surprise!!!!! She needs to see the food and my receipt , are u serious????? So I ended up leaving because 1 I didn't know I have to bring the food 2 I'm not gonna make my kids wait to eat the food just because ppl are not in a good mood and don't do they job right . I hate to ask for free stuff !!! I'm just wanted to get the food that I already paid for it !!!!! Thanks Valentino and Ashely to make my kids and my self first experience at this place , the worst and we will not come back to this location.
Decor is beautiful the food comes fast and taste good come here with the children love it I get double rice and no veggies or Mac very festive the area is always clean the employees are very kin

Food is pretty good never had a problem with Ono's food as i am a hawaiian food lover myself however there are a better places around the area Over all Ono is an above average hawaiian chain restaurant

I was in the mood for Hawaiian BBQ today so I stopped here but was very disappointed with the food. There weren't a lot of customers when I arrived but somehow my food took a little longer than I expected and I decided to eat on the outdoor patio because it was such a nice day. Two chefs came out to the patio on their lunch break and were eating the same thing that I had ordered but theirs looked more edible than mine. My food selection was terrible today and I took it back to the counter after only a few bites. The chicken was overcooked in what tasted like very old oil and it was extremely dry. I didn't receive any dipping sauce which might have helped to mask the nastiness but I was out of luck all the way around. The girl at the counter offered to prepare for me a junior sized version of my combo plate but I decided to pass. This was an off day for Ono Hawaiian BBQ, maybe next time.

This place for food is definitely worth your money! I got Grilled SPAM & rice and I ate em all! Steamed broccoli and green cabbage is important because it's a relief from salty and rich food! We'll be coming back in future!Vegetarian options: There's healthy side...steamed cabbage and broccoli that has this food came with!Parking: There's plenty of parking spot here!
