Noodles taste (and have the consistency ( of Campbell's chicken noodle soup. The service is terrible, non-existent. No napkins, no checking up, we were being rushed the entire time, one guy was just sitting behind the back register area laughing because he saw that we were just stranded at the table, instead of actually doing something. Smoothies are fake powder (aka not strawberry, mango, etc....just sugar powder). The XLB dumplings were a massive letdown, like jelly (well-overcooked). How can you call yourself any business with the word "dumpling" and your boa and dumplings are straight boof?

Not worth the hype. This is like being told by people that eating Costco pizza is "Italian".. welcome to Pan Dumpling House, same difference.

Been here many times, love the food ! Last night at 4:30pm, we were disappointed in the service and the portions of food. The portions were not consistent as our past visits , smaller portions. Two girls were relaxing /sleeping at one of the tables. When they woke up, they actually went in the back of the restaurant and then returned as employees. When we left , around 5:20 pm , every table had happy guest eating.

Cheap plastic utensils, tea not hot, string beans were great, beef had too many onions

Good food, service is quick but follow ups and that hospitality factor of warmth is not there. The meat of the Mongolian beef dish was not a favorite of ours. But the flavors of the dish were delicious. We ordered many items and all were enjoyable. The hot green tea came in a cast iron teapot that was really good. The cast iron tea cups are cute but so very hot to hold.

I came here with my family before a long road trip. We chose to get the xiao long bao ($12.99), chicken fried rice ($10.99), chicken chow mien ($10.99), stir fried green beans ($12.99), and Mongolian beef ($15.99).

The place was busy and tables were filled, it's loud inside. They seated us quickly and the wait time for the food was not long. My family liked the xiao long bao and Mongolian beef the most, we liked what we ordered except the chicken chow mien was bland to us, everything else was good. The xiao long bao had a thin skin and had plenty of broth. The chicken fried rice was seasoned nicely with a good amount of sliced seasoned chicken. The string beans still had a crunch to them and had plenty of sliced garlic in the dish. The Mongolian beef was tender and not overly seasoned, the sliced onions were cooked down enough so they were not raw.

The staff was attentive and the place was clean. Parking lot can get packed nearby.

The beef noodle soup was not good or authentic. Felt like I was drinking soy sauce and the meat was flavorless.

The food here is always delicious! however, my friend and I were very disappointed by the waiter taking our order he made a couple of remarks that made us feel self-conscious and overall was quite rude. when we were ordering food he made a comment saying "That's a lot of food" and "yea that should be enough" when we were just trying to order and enjoy our food. He also kept hovering around our table and when we were ready to leave we asked for the check and he cut us off asking if we needed boxes in a condescending tone. every time we've gone here in the past the female wait staff has been wonderful however this time around we were very disappointed. the employee in question took our order on 11/4 and had on a black shirt with the American flag in white that said freedom.

Pan Dumpling House in Corona is a good spot to get some noodle soup, pan fried noodles, steamed dumplings, xiao long bao, and other great Taiwanese eats. Here's what we ordered (for 4 people) when we visited for the first time a few weeks ago:

* Wide hand pulled noodle ($11.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our favorite dish that we ordered. The wide noodle was thick and the chewy texture of it was amazing. The sauce it was served with provided a good spice kick as well.

* Spicy beef noodle soup ($12.99, 3.5 out of 5 stars): this beef noodle soup was just ok. The "spicy" broth of the soup was more sweet than anything else and had a little too much cinnamon flavor for us.

* Beef roll pancake ($9.99, 4.5 out of 5 stars): this was another top 3 fave dish of ours. They roll out the pancakes in the kitchen and you can see them doing it from where you are seated. Very tasty beef roll pancake dish.

* Glass noodles in chili sauce ($7.99, 5 out of 5 stars): this was our other top 3 favorite dish of the meal. Be careful with the oil splatter of this one though! It got all over my shirt, but it was worth it - so delicious!

* Cucumber salad ($5.99, 2.5-3 out of 5 stars): nothing special here. I will probably order the string beans next time.

* Wonton with chili oil ($9.99, 2.5 out of 5 stars): nothing special here either - will try the other wontons or the xiao long bao next time.

Overall, there were some really great dishes like the wide hand pulled noodle, the glass noodles in chili sauce, and the beef roll pancake that we would definitely come back for. As for the other dishes, we will likely sub those out and try the XLB next time. Service was a little rough, but that's because it was Sunday during a busy lunch hour. It took a while to flag down a server. Definitely recommend this spot, though if you are in the Corona/Riverside/Chino Hills area!

- homemade XLB was absolutely perfect and filled with soup flavor once I bite into it. I ordered two and finished all of them (be sure to ask for ginger on the side)
- spacious environment and was mostly clean
- service may vary. was tucked in a corner so they couldn't really see us
- their highlights are the noodle dishes - very chewy and consistent (hand pulled)
- took about 5-10 minutes to get our meal
- decent pricing with plenty of good options
- can speak mandarin!

tldr: HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR XIAO LONG BAO AND ANY NOODLE DISHES
