Great experience with the customer service atleast better than Pizza Hut’s customer service. I got 2 medium special with 6 wings and added another 8 piece. Grand total 43 and some change. Great pricing, great over all. 👍🏼

I just spoke to the manager to let him know this was my first time ordering from this location. 3 large chicken, pineapple and spinach pizzas. The toppings were scarce. I was searching for the chicken?? The manager seemed young but was nice. I was hoping he was going to offer me a free pizza but he did not. Needless to say I will not be getting Papa John's pizza again.

I’m sorry yall had a bad experience but I ordered ahead then I went to go pick up it was a little late actually the lil lady with the glasses she was very nice my pizza was good it was papa John’s you know … hopefully yall go back when the lady with the glasses u won’t regret it :)

Horrible serve and wait times suck. Going on 30 minutes waiting when I was told 6 - 16 minutes when I placed the order. The pizza are ok. Nothing great. Now worth this long of a wait

Worse service ever. My pizza and cheese stick were missing. They gave my order to the wrong person then gave it to me. The manager Kylie was very rude. She hung up on me and told me there is nothing she could do. I would never go there again.

I accidentally ordered a pizza for carryout when I wanted it for delivery I was confused because the app asked for a tip. I don’t know why are they asking for tips if they’re just making the food like any other fast food restaurant I tried to call the restaurant but got no answer. I also tried to contact customer support, but they say I had to go through the store that I purchased it with. I would just rather order from Domino’s or Pizza Hut until they feel me like Papa John’s did.

Respectfully, I understand this is a very stressful environment, especially with orders however we are customers are making profit today. These places I remember papa johns used to be the gangster Pizza when I was growing up it actually it was pretty expensive nowadays it’s just very it’s OK pizza right after Covid. It just seems like a lot of places lost or touch. The pizza wasn’t too bad yesterday when we purchased it. It was pretty hot when he got home, however we ordered three sets of the wings and it seemed like they were still undercooked. I’m starting to think that they don’t care if you don’t leave them a tip that’s another thing that I just realize nobody’s entitled to leave tips unless you receive a good customer service offhand on the app they’re asking for a 15% 18%even a 20%. Which is kind of crazy seeing the fact and the times I were in I understand that Making pizzas must not be easy however I just realized because this is our second time ordering and I only leave tips when the food is delivered to us and sometimes it’s even an 18% that I leave however, I just think that they should pay more attention when distributing anything that’s frozen to make sure that it’s fully cooked It was pretty late at night so maybe that was another issue however, we’ll see maybe next time.

The male employee who was on duty on the night of August 1, 2025, should be dismissed. He was extremely rude to customers placing orders, using a flirtatious and inappropriate tone to forcefully greet people. If you don’t respond to him, he refuses to continue with your order. He truly deserves to be fired!

Night Manager was great thank you my kids loved the pizza
Worst pizza I’ve ever had from papa John’s the entire pizza didn’t have pepperoni or jalapenos and sausage or bacon on the other side i wanted also the chocolate brownie and they ended up sending me frozen cinnamon pulled aparts this is unacceptable I even ask for a remake and he told us to wait an hour when literally waited an hour for the first pizza this place is a joke. We ended up leaving the pizza and he refused service to us and refused to help us and said they were to busy we’ll hire some more people I’m sure there’s plenty that need work. & it looked like he hasnt washed his clothes in a week just by the looks of him I would never buy papas johns again….. very sad

I couldn’t even tell you what the food taste like because the employees wouldn’t even speak to me . Girl behind the counter never turned her head once to say anything. Man standing at cash register not being helped and no seemed bothered at all . Not even when I walked out . So sad and I really wanted some pizza . Guess I stick to a local family owned pizza place from now on.
