Literally just watched a commercial about the cheesy bite pizza starting at $12.99 but when I went to order, it actually starts at $16.99. Adding $4 more to an advertising price is B.S. If you price hike, I'll just go elsewhere. Goodbye

Great pizza good service but extremely expensive especially with all of the surcharges. I go in and pick my own pizza up now instead of having it delivered just because of the surcharges it's ridiculous

The pizza I received was terrible. There was barely any cheese on it, which made the crust hard, not crispy, but hard and un edible. We normally go to other pizza chains but we figured we'd give ole pizza hut a try, but never again. We will stick with our regular places.
