Polly's Pies Restaurant & Bakery

The service was very friendly but I had to ask for things a few times and it wasn't that busy server was pleasant otherwise neat professional as well

I have been going to Polly’s Pies for about 35 years. Across all of their locations I have been hundreds of times. I even worked at the Fullerton location as a young adult. The food is usually great, though they do change their menu a lot and get rid of some favorites. The service at this location is hit or miss. A few of the servers are attentive with great attitudes yet the majority are pretty slow to refill drinks and don’t have the most welcoming of attitudes - which is surprising as they are (or at least used to be) extensively trained in friendliness and customer service. This service phenomena is generally limited to this location. The food here is also less consistent than at other locations depending on the cooks. When done well, the Polly burger is among the best burgers you can find in Southern California. The triple breakfast surprise is also delicious as the pancakes do not leave you with the lethargy than most other more processed pancake batters do. Polly burger, chicken fried steak breakfast, or triple breakfast surprise with pancakes would be my recommendations to someone first coming in. Most of their breakfast is served all day and large groups are well accommodated. Expect a 15 minute wait for breakfast on weekends and breeze through with no wait almost all other times. Definitely try it. If you are a veteran of this restaurant and want to experience all that Polly’s can be, try the Fullerton or Yorba Linda locations.

Was not impressed with the breakfast burrito I had. Asked for bacon, got sausage. Overall it was underwhelming

Love going on Wednesdays. They have crafts for the kids and bingo for the family. I won a pie playing bingo. Super friendly staff.

After previous experience with your restaurant particularly your manager I decided to come back for a second visit.....I'm so glad I did I'm leaving right now ...I had the pleasure of having Raul as my server....thanks Raul you made my second visit awesome!!! Hopefully your manager appreciates the great service you provide.....I am a little concerned because the same manager that was there on my first visit that pretty much told me that the 3 for 15 dollar promotion was not valid in the rudest way possible was there and of course no smile and not very welcoming.....hopefully this review gets to your owner....thank you for the great service!!

On my way home from Ontario, I stopped off at this Polly’s Pies location and ordered a prime rib sandwich entree, which included fries. I also ordered a slice of coconut cream pie. All of the
food exceeded my expectations. The prime rib was juicy and tender. I am going to have to order that prime rib entree again; it was just so good. I
also wanted to mention that, as someone who has been to the Moreno Valley and Hemet Polly’s Pies locations, the Norco Polly’s Pies location is one of the better locations.

French toast, eggs and bacon. food came cold. Scrambled eggs not fully cooked and cold. bacon cold. French toast luke warm, butter wouldn't even melt. sent it back, manager took off bill. coffee was good. another in our group also had cold food. serious issues in kitchen, won't be back
