We stopped by mid morning on a Friday. Our order was taken quickly, seating is limited inside, so we sat on the patio. I had the Garden filled Crepes with home fried potatoes. My companion had the Rib-eye Chilaquiles. Everything was delicious, service was great. The iced coffee and iced green tea were refreshing. During our meal, we had several people check on us. We definitely will be returning

Scramblers Café, Norco — great food, a few small notes

We loved the food here — every dish we tried was delicious and well portioned. The ribeye chilaquiles are a must-try! You can tell they take real care with their menu.

A couple of small things to mention (without affecting the rating): after you pay and tip up front, the service at the table is a little limited. You won’t automatically get coffee refills or water unless you ask....

I thought this place was an americam food breakfast spot, but it turns out it does have american food but some hawiian dishes. The food was great, and I would definitely recommend coming here. It's not a huge place but has some indoor and outdoor seating.
