I tried to place an order at the La Sierra store, the Lady said her name was Maria, she refused to take my order that was only around $35 I explained that I had a sick child and I wanted to place the order so all I had to do was run in pick it up and not have to wait, she refused and I was cursed out with horriable profanity, and lied to, she was very combative. it would’ve been my first time trying it, I read wonderful reviews mainly about the Norco store. I called the manager there spoke with him briefly. He was very kind, very professional and gave me a email to also loge a complaint. Unfortunately, Lasierra will not get my business. I don’t care how far I have to drive. I’ll go to Norco. Thank you for your mature behavior, Norco manager..

Solid experience overall! The delivery was impressively quick—definitely a win when you’re starving. The pizza itself was good—hot, fresh, and satisfying, though nothing that completely wowed me. It’s the kind of dependable pizza you can count on when you just need a no-fuss, easy dinner. Bonus points for the friendly delivery driver who showed up with a smile.

Upon walking in I was greeted immediately. Before coming here I was searching for a good bbq chicken pizza. A lot of places mess these up BIG time. But after seeing some reviews and pictures of the bbq chicken here? I decided to give it a go.
Prices here are absolutely amazing. And VERY fair. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Place is clean.
However there isn't really some where to sit inside. But there's plenty of seating outside. It's basically seating for the whole little strip mall spot.
Moving onto the actual pizza. I ordered the bbq chicken. Pizza came out promptly. Bit in and omg. They nailed it! This was definitely up there with one of the best bbq chicken pizzas I've ever had. Bbq sauce sweet and tangy. Fresh dough. Fresh onions and cilantro. Well seasoned chicken. Good cheese! Everything you'd want with a bbq chicken pizza.
So would I recommend this place? Most definitely. Especially if you like bbq chicken pizza.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Is the seating issue. They do have a small table inside but it's pointless lol.

My advice is do not pay for extra sauce. You will not get it. I made that mistake and lesson learned. Go to Albertsons, get Marinara to dip your pizza in. ? Save your money. Pizza is maybe 2 out of 10. It literally tastes like nothing, probably because they use really horrible quality ingredients. To whomever is responding to peoples reviews, learn how to respond professionally because your attitude puts customers off. It's not funny nor cute, it just shows how immature you really are.
Today September 24th, 2024, I decided to try the Scratch Pizza after few weeks of staying in City of Norco California. As entered the store this beautiful young lady greeted me, she showed me the menu and asked please let me know when you ready, I ordered a large thin crust pizza, cheese, chicken and mushrooms. I left store and came back around 15 minutes, waited couple of minutes pizza was ready, she put the pizza in the box, I told her I worked in the pizza place almost 40 years ago, she asked do you still know how to make pizza? and I replied yes, I still know how to make good pizzas, she replied not better than me. She was right the pizza is good with right amount of toppings. If you are in the area, give them a try you won't be disappointed.
See new pictures of the Calzone I just purchased from Scratch Hand Made Pizza. The young Gentleman who helped me suggested me to try the Calzone. It is huge and tasty. Give it a try, lots of food for very reasonable price.
Parking: Enough parking spaces 20 minutes max parking for pick up right in front of store or ample parking space with 5 minutes or less walking to the store.

I’ve got to say that I’m completely disappointed with the cost of this pizza and how small it is. There’s nothing delicious about it. It looks terrible. The slices were so small for a large for 30 bucks. It was a joke. It was ridiculous actually and a personal pizza came out to $21 a personal pizza, very disappointed they need to make them bigger and more meatier to make it with their advertising especially about the deliciousness of their pizzas
