I ordered my birthday beverage online then drove thru to pick it up. Very busy store at 12:30 pm. There were 3 people ahead of me and I still had to wait by the window for about 5-7 minutes.

When you can tell the employees hate being at work, it's a problem. It makes you not enjoy your coffee. I took 1 minute to decide what I was ordering and it seemed to be a problem. Another girl told the cash register employees to start making coffee. Just happened so you can check date and time of employees there. Not friendly at all. Even when asking for what the drink was because I couodnt remember the employee gave me attitude and on top of that they messed up my order.

Can I get more coffee with my cup of ice? Oddly this has been happening more often at this location where the drink is made with too much milk or too much ice
The ladies at the drive through were simply outstanding and thank you so much for allowing my dog to have her first pup cup

Starbucks on 6th & Hamner it was clean & they were kind but terrible drinks had to modify at home. No peppermint in peppermint mocha, no frap base in mocha frap. Forgot sweetener in shaken espresso.

Starbuck announced free hot/ice coffee and i didnt how to redeem it so I was appoarching cashier to ask and she said she’s not aware of any free ice/hot coffee. So i ended up pay for my order. My time order is 2/10/25 (5:48 AM)

Came in as I usually do every Sunday to buy coffee for my church. Was treated poorly by Suzy. Hastily told me I should “go next door” to eat when asking about the freshness of the Starbucks baked goods. I simply asked if they were baked in house or come on a truck. She rudely said “on a truck, frozen”. That’s not abnormal, what’s abnormal is the way I was treated for asking a simple question. More reasons to go and support a small business.

Got to the drive thru at 7:51pm today to get out of there at 8:02pm with no one in line ahead of me. Staff goofing around on their radios and I saw two of the workers sitting in the lobby with radio headphones just laughing amongst themselves. If they aren't making drinks, then why sit in the lobby to distract the employees that are suppose to be working? Lady came to the window to charge me and handed over my food and I waited for drinks. At 8:02pm a girl finally comes and gives me one drink. I told her I'm missing my other drink and she's laughing and went to go make it. Obviously, these people have many more fun things to do than THEIR JOB! I don't mind waiting, but it's more than obvious they're being slow due to goofing around. No apology, just laughing on her headphone radio with the other two in the lobby. One star for customer service here today.
