Starbuck announced free hot/ice coffee and i didnt how to redeem it so I was appoarching cashier to ask and she said she’s not aware of any free ice/hot coffee. So i ended up pay for my order. My time order is 2/10/25 (5:48 AM)

Came in as I usually do every Sunday to buy coffee for my church. Was treated poorly by Suzy. Hastily told me I should “go next door” to eat when asking about the freshness of the Starbucks baked goods. I simply asked if they were baked in house or come on a truck. She rudely said “on a truck, frozen”. That’s not abnormal, what’s abnormal is the way I was treated for asking a simple question. More reasons to go and support a small business.

Got to the drive thru at 7:51pm today to get out of there at 8:02pm with no one in line ahead of me. Staff goofing around on their radios and I saw two of the workers sitting in the lobby with radio headphones just laughing amongst themselves. If they aren't making drinks, then why sit in the lobby to distract the employees that are suppose to be working? Lady came to the window to charge me and handed over my food and I waited for drinks. At 8:02pm a girl finally comes and gives me one drink. I told her I'm missing my other drink and she's laughing and went to go make it. Obviously, these people have many more fun things to do than THEIR JOB! I don't mind waiting, but it's more than obvious they're being slow due to goofing around. No apology, just laughing on her headphone radio with the other two in the lobby. One star for customer service here today.

Their menu is great but they need more professionalism. They're very childish and when I asked for a straw they said they didn't have any even though I saw a full of them. I have a medical condition that requires me to have a straw at this time. So I walked into the restaurant and they just stood there giggling and being stupid because I had to walk in and get a straw. Terrible customer service. I live right by the Starbucks but I would much rather pass them up and go to the two other ones that are located just a little bit more at a distance for good service

I come every week after my daughter’s ballet class and they have always been great but, today Suzy was at the register and she was rude and impatient with my 2 year old daughter. The whole atmosphere seemed miserable and unhappy today. My daughter is always very excited to go get her treat and it is our special little date that was definitely ruined by Suzy today!
