I come in almost every morning spend 6-15 dollars I buy my wife a new cup plastic it breaks a week in and they won’t exchange it without receipt really who hangs on to a coffee shop receipt I’m sure it never made it out of the store that is bad business so for your 20.00 cup you just lost 60.00 a week customer good job manager stepped up and did the right thing
I ordered my birthday beverage online then drove thru to pick it up. Very busy store at 12:30 pm. There were 3 people ahead of me and I still had to wait by the window for about 5-7 minutes.
Both Morgan and her partner for this night were great. Very helpful and accommodating. And always pleasant. So all these things put together mean it was a very good experience. Thank you.
