Came in yesterday evening, and didn’t realize my drink was made wrong until about 20 minutes away from the store. I called and they said they couldn’t refund over the phone but could come in the next day for either a refund of a drink. Just stopped in and my husband ran in cause I was dealing with my screaming infant. He came back 15 minutes later with a grande, instead of a venti which is what I paid for yesterday. He proceeded to tell me that the girl who helped him inside wasn’t nice or apologetic about the situation. I then went back in and had it remade for the second time, by the guy that was working in the store. He was so nice, had great customer service, made my drink perfectly and I waited a total of 4 minutes. Thanks sir! This starbucks needs to get it together as this has happened more than once within the last few months.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and the staff is always so nice and friendly. I live closer to the one on 6th street but I come to this location because they get my drink right and I just love the staff. Thank you for being awesome 👏🏽 guys and gals.
Just grateful that this place was open for a coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast muffins. The girls were very friendly, professional. It takes effort for me to be like that most mornings. Thanks for what you do!

I was inside this store at 11:00 am today. An employee took the trash out and threw both bags in the regular trash bin. This location has trash containers identified as compost and recycle, what a friggin joke Starbucks is.
