I was inside this store at 11:00 am today. An employee took the trash out and threw both bags in the regular trash bin. This location has trash containers identified as compost and recycle, what a friggin joke Starbucks is.
Brought my teenager to get this drink. She found it on tik Tok. Pretty tasty. Drink alone cost 10 dollars. I always apologize ahead of time for My order and leave a tip.

Wow, I’m so disappointed with the Starbucks on Hidden Valley Parkway. I walked in to buy a small cup of coffee. The first time that I ever bought a small cup of coffee other times I always buy one of the mixed drinks. I was on my way to pick up my son from soccer practice, so I was waiting about 10 or so minutes then I said to the young lady that’s OK. I have to go. She said oh no I’ll give you the Americano coffee. I said OK fine she filled the cup and then walked over to the hot water dispenser and added hot water to the coffee.???. I did not request deluded coffee
I paid with cash but was not offered a receipt nor did cashier ask me my name….. At this point it was not worth my time to request a refund. I had no use for diluted coffee and left it on the counter.

Just came in and ordered a venti matcha and I'm tremendously disappointed .The amount of ice they game me is ridiculous . So I besacally paid for ice not matcha .

Great staff despite being understaffed. Whenever I come to get my coffee they already know how I like it. They really work hard and I feel like they are overworked. Something about their manager gives me bad vibes, total tool. I feel the manager would lose their head if it wasn’t attached to their shoulders. I would put five stars for atmosphere, they ruin it for me.
