The line here usually isn't too bad, some days they get the order right and some days their coffee taste very bitter or like they didn't follow my request of extra pumps of syrup, when charging $6 a cup you have to get it right. Also the app doesn't let you add orders by receipts which is highly annoying

I can't thank Nicholas enough!!! My car broke down as I was turning into Starbucks and Nicholas stopped what he was doing and helped pushed my car into the parking lot! Not only did he fix my car while he was still on the clock, he also made my car able to fly! His presence alone would make angels question their existence, give this man a raise!

Today I went with my family to target and we always get a cake pop and coffee n the way out , service was horrible the girls working there were really rude , they got my order wrong plus when I told her that it wasn't what I ask for , she just tried to fix it by putting ice and almost throw the Coffee at me that was bad service to the max .... Beware of the horrible service at this place ...

I hate to admit it but pumpkin spice gets me addicted every season. I don't tend to go as often otherwise and like most coffee lovers I've been to probably 50+ all over the place. This one always gets it right and rarely has an unfriendly employee. They get busy like all do but they do their best and every now and then there's an employee who goes out of their way to make someone's day. I love to see good service still alive in some places.

This is my go-to Starbucks since I work down the street. The baristas are typically very friendly, and sometimes I'll even get a cute note written on my cup. However, yesterday when I ordered my first PSL of the season, I noticed there was something in my cup as I was finishing my drink. I know mistakes happen, but just wanted to bring it to your attention

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered just a coffee. The barista seemed like she did not want to be there. No smile and just seem to have an attitude. She started to fill the cup and the container was empty. She did not even bother to apologize and say they had to brew some more. Finally after a while I get my cup and it has coffee grounds. So as I am trying to get her attention she does not even bother to ask if I need anything. I finally walk back to the cashier and tell her what's wrong with my coffee. She immediately apologized and asked if I could wait a few more minutes and she would brew another batch as it seemed like the other batch had more grounds as the filter was not put in properly. It took almost 20 to 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
