The staff was so smiley and friendly and they worked so efficiently! Made my day with their sweet personalities.
Not being able to get a cup of water is interesting. Guess the business can not afford that.
The cashier tried changing me for water and said that it was a new policy. I asked when was the policy put in place? She said last week when I had came in a day or two ago for a free water. When I then catch her trying to be a total headache for no reason she starts telling me I can talk to her manager. I told her it's all good and I left to avoid confrontational interactions with people who have the iq of a carrot.

I like this Starbucks only problem is that the drive-thru customers take a really long time just to order coffee. This starbucks would be a 5 star if the drive - thru was a mobile order only

I love this starbucks branch, always good coffee, nice staff, everybody smiling, and nice warm coffee. Definitely recommended, and always happy to come for a cosy breakfast with some warm cup of cappuccino.

This place seems so depressing. You go in and no one acknowledges you and when you ask them a question they donāt even respond. I asked for a straw and instead of saying āsure one secā I was given a blank stare. A few mins later I was given the straw but to be honest I didnāt even think the girl heard me at first because she didnāt look at me or say anything to confirm what I asked for. I went in to pick up my mobile order and just stood at the desk waiting. Usually Iām asked what the name on the order is or given some kind of service . For all they know I could have been anyone coming in to take someone elseās order and I donāt think anyone would have payed attention to notice .

Very rude employees. Terrible drinks. I get the same drink the same way every location I go to and it always looks and tastes the same. At this location, these children are clearly not trained properly. I get the iced lavender cream matcha with coconut milk and 2 shots of blonde espressoā¦no matter how you customize, the drink is still built the same and the lavender cream looks and tastes the sameā¦however, here they do not know how to make the cream. It was watery and almost non-existent. It should be thick smooth and purple and sit on top of the drink, not instantly melt into the entire drink and not be bubbly.
I make this at home and it comes out the right way every timeā¦I know what it should look and taste like.
They asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes, just for them to come back seconds later with the same exact drink!

Normally this store is dead on with reading the drink ticket.. but lately not so much.. hate ordering a 6 dollar drink asking for light ice to instead getting heavy Ice.
