I went for a meal before a volleyball game in a neighboring city. Salad came at same time as entree. I did not get my beverage until after meal was served. It wasn't busy. Great food, so I would go again. I had the flatiron steak with Caesar salad instead of asparagus.

I got the steak and shrimp meal, which for 25 bucks was a good portion, had fries and a salad, and a drink steak was a little overcooked. But still good. It depends upon how you order it

Just went to an event there and the service was the worst, and the older lady serving had the worst attitude ever. Then to go to the restroom you had to go way downstairs no handicap access unless you were using the elevator which they had to bring the key and wait for at least 20 minutes for someone to bring the key to open the elevator. I would not spend my money on hiring this place for any kind of event. Don’t even mention when it was time to bring the food out some didn’t even get to eat till almost everyone else was done. Kids included just very bad bad service. Was very disappointed. I felt so Bad for the people hosting the party.

Don’t waste your time there menu on line is not available and the new menu sucks we went there for our daughters birthday and we ordered drinks and appetizers and realized how bad and asked for check I paid cash and they said they have no change ha ha what a dump.We ended up going to hero’s next door and wow that place is awesome best bang for the buck

Never again. I’ve grabbed a drink at the bar a few times and that was always fine, but we dined in once last Friday and again last night and both experiences were AWFUL! Last week our server was extremely rude, and last night our food took 45 minutes, they got my daughters order completely wrong….my son wasn’t even able to eat because the food took so long and his practice was starting, we got the pulled pork fries and they were topped with a big spoonful of brown guacamole AND they overcharged us by $20. I’m done.

I came here the last 3 times and man has it gone downhill. Thursday night and it’s dead. I think it has a lot to do with the repeated bad service by the hostess and servers. They seem really mean and don’t care. Today August 10, 2023 around 7:30 pm there were two young girls greeting me members. We asked the first girl if we could sit outside and she gave an attitude and said she would ask her server. The server came out and said only if it’s the tables close to the building. She said this to her hostess not us. There were others seated at the area with the tvs closer to the stairs and they got their food AFTER us. It seems it made them angry they had to walk extra steps. Real shame. This place has such a good location but abysmal management. Heroes is going to take them out

We have attempted to dine at this place several times on a Sunday afternoon, every time it has been closed. Made reservations for a Sunday afternoon. And was able to get one for 6:30pm and when we arrived to the restaurant, it's closed. Never coming here Again.

Got a weak bloody Mary. Bought two just to make sure and same . Can't make a good bloody Mary then not the spot for me. Food isn't the best. Just go to hero's next door.

Not trying to talk smack but I have to be honest. I really want this place to do good but their service is not good. I feel they are understaffed because when I go there sometimes the wait is terrible even though there are tables open, they had a limited menu the other time I went due to changing to a new cook?, then the bar would take a extended amount of time to give us our drinks to the point that I would order 2 so I didn't have to wait. Their venue is really nice and I used to play in their Cornhole tournaments there. I'm hoping management steps it up and takes advantage of the potential. I keep going because my son plays sports there so I really want it to get better.
