I have tried and tried to support this place since it changed ownership from burger basket. But the quality is just terrible most of the time. Their red hot sauce is not spicy and has a gross sweet taste to it. When I get the breakfast burrito I end up throwing most of it away because the eggs are burnt and the burrito is just a big dry mess.

We are at line at Carl’s Jr across the street right now cause who ever is working the shift on 10/30/25 @2:17pm on drive thru was rude as heck and we left cause of her. She said Okay! And we went across the street it’s a shame cause that’s the first time we have been treated like that from their staff and we are regulars. Sad to say that lady should not be working the drive thru if she can’t speak clearly enough to take orders and is rude to customers.
