I got a free combo because I complained to corporate, they conveniently forgot to give me the free combo I had a voucher for. Yet again when I asked for Chili Cheese Fries, I received bacon and was upcharged for it. I said we do not eat pork and I could smell it through the bag!!! The manager didnt know i understand Spanish and said oh just let her keep it! Its almost as if they act stupid like they didn't intend to make the fries with pork, but they surely didnt forget to charge for it!! Ask for a receipt. I won't trust this location again. Done done done.
I am telling you, open every container, unwrap everything because it is more than likely incorrect or has been desecrated. They just do not care.

First time there and will never go back not worth the money at all hotdog bun was completely smashed and asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea asked for catchup and mustard packets before we pulled off and we thought the girl put them in only to get on the highway and find only catchup and taste the horrible tea so went back and they said the only have unsweetened tea so I have to use sugar packets and grabbed mustard packets while they looked at me like I was stupid. Then get back on the highway drive for a minute and get my hotdog out and it’s rolled so tight and smashed I got a plain hotdog that’s why I got the packets I’ll never try one of these places because of this

My son just picked up food and an Oreo shake from this location. Somebody clearly broke something in the kitchen and didn’t clean up appropriately. My son’s shake had a sliver of glass in it. It came up the straw when he took a drink and got stuck in his lip. Thankfully, he didn’t swallow it. And cut his throat. This is very dangerous. I called and complained to the manager. Manager was very rude about the situation. Clearly no Customer Service skills at all. Manager should be fired. They should consider themselves very lucky that my son didn’t ingest that piece of glass. Absolutely mind blown at the complete lack of accountability.

Dear Lord Jesus... 1 hot dog 1 large fry 1 chili cheese fry and 1 large coke. $30!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was cheaper to have elective surgery on my junk to make it a little smaller so it could fit in my pants better than it is to eat here!! Most expensive, grossest food I've ever had!!
