I’ve been loyal to this Wingstop for a little over five years, and they never disappoint. The food is consistently delicious, and the new flavors I tried recently were spot-on. Big shoutout to the young lady with the blonde hair at the front she’s always so kind, quick. Even when I found out the fries changed, the staff explained it so nicely and totally understood my reaction (we all know the old fries were the best!). Still, the service and wings here keep me coming back.

I order lemon pepper wings and fries with lemon pepper on it I get home and there’s no seasoning on my food , then the manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about when I’m eating my food and can taste there’s no god damn seasoning on it

Wings smell bad, don’t taste good and extremely chewy like rubber! Very poorly ran store. Corporate should shut this place down because people will avoid going to other Wingstop locations too

So I ordered a 3pcs tender meal I always get extra seasoning on the fries and well done everything. Last night I went to pick up my food on my way to work, ready to dig in I was so sad to learn they poured the entire seasoning salt on my fries they were soooo salty and greasy there was no way I could eat them and I’m a salty type of person but nope not these couldn’t do it. So I decided to call and speak to a manager the next day when I did he gets onto the phone without wanting to say his name at all like he thought I was coming for him crazy!!! All I wanted was my fries replaced but he was very rude and I hung up. I feel like we as consumers spend so much money out I’m deciding that for now on I will leave comments and take business elsewhere and I break lots of bread with wingstop! Not anymore at least not this one.

I placed an order thru my boyfriend phone sent him to go get it , , the employee Samantha got his number off the receipt after he left texted him couple hours later, she texted him around 11at night saying ‘’hey is this Andrew’’ It’s against policy you ain’t able to get costumers number and try to message them . I suggest , keep your man’s mighty tight they have a thirsty employee . Samantha I’ll see you soon
