1-800-Flowers is some of the worst of the worst in customer service or any service for that matter. My friend ordered a an edible bouquet as a surprise for me. Apparently she was given a window of delivery of 10AM-8PM and even chatted with someone to confirm a specific time and was told they don't have a specific time other than that window. She was never informed that I'd have to be home at a specific time to sign off on the delivery. She also was required to put her own and my information as the recipient. I got a call at 5:30PM from a driver saying he's at my door with my delivery and needs a signature. I told him he must have the wrong number and then realized it must be a surprise. The driver tried to leave it at my door without a signature, and sent me a picture of the arrangement (again ruining the surprise) to confirm he left it. He called a few minutes later to say he's not allowed to leave it at the door and asked if I'm nearby. I had to stop everything I'm doing to rush home and sign off on this now not surprise of a fruit bouquet. My friend called customer service to express her disappointment. She spoke with "supervisor" Joel who was very passive aggressive and insisted that I missed a few calls of them telling me they're on their way. I never received any calls until the driver was literally at my door yet Joel continued to dismiss this and spew his lies.I highly discourage anyone from ever using 1-800-flowers for absolutely anything. What a complete trash of a company. Horrible.

If I could give 1-800-Flowers the rating of 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.I had ordered flowers very early this morning for Mother's Day to surprise my mom, being promised that they would be delivered by 8pm. They never delivered the flowers.Around 5:37pm, I was sent an email that they were preparing for delivery & around 5:40pm, I was sent yet another email stating that they attempted to deliver the flowers but were unable to do so, when in reality, there was no attempted delivery whatsoever. I contacted customer service & they proceeded to tell me that the next available day to deliver them would be on the 16th, which is absurd.This is the first & last time I'll be purchasing anything from this company. I've asked for my full refund & told them to cancel the order entirely.I am beyond disappointed & my frustration throughout the entire day with this company was beyond what I can even describe.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered an edible bouquet in advance from their website to be delivered on Mother's Day. It arrived the day before, while we were in another town more than 2 hours away. My neighbor accepted it for us and by the time we got home, the fruits were all super warm and looked terrible. They came on skewers that were poked into half a head of lettuce, which, had they actually delivered it to us on Mother's Day, when it was SUPPOSED to be delivered, we would have used that lettuce. Instead it went to waste just like most of the fruit since it was no longer fresh and had been sitting out in room temperature on a hot day for 9+ hours. Definitely will not be ordering from them next time. My mother deserves better than the quality this company is offering. I only wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

Terrible service. Pre-ordered days before for Mother's day and called before hand to make sure flowers are ready. Went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and they gave flowers that looked awful, old and not true to the pictures online. Second bad experience. Don't come here! Other flower shops are better and cheaper, even a grocery store like a Ralph's or Trader Joe's.

If I could rate this place lower than one star, I'd give them no stars! I ordered these for Valentine's Day for my husband on our first Valentines as a married couple. I was beyond upset and frustrated that they never got delivered on Valentine's Day. I called customer service several times to let them know That this is a business address and no one will be there past 5 PM. I got a notification at 8 PM on Valentine's Day saying that the flowers were delivered. Come to find out NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. I was beyond upset and frustrated so the next day after Valentines, I call customer service and let them know that my husband never received the flowers, and that I wanted a full refund. The customer service said that they would give me 50% back refund and would re-deliver the flowers even though no delivery was placed from the get-go!! In fear that my husband would get sent wilted flowers I said absolutely not. I do not want to get any flowers sent to my husband at this point that I'm beyond frustrated and that it was our first Valentines together as a married couple and the day was completely ruined because of it. This morning is 17th of February and my husband tells me that he got delivered wilted flowers and to please get my money back. How embarrassing and an a****** of a wife I look like sending him those flowers when he works so hard every day. I am beyond frustrated and upset, do not order from here they have the worst customer service! SHARI BERRIES ARE THE WORST! I am attaching a picture of what I ordered versus what they sent.

I want to start off and say that (800) Flowers sucks a** and you made me look like an a****** husband! I placed an order of flowers and 2 balloons to be delivered for my wife as a surprise for Valentines Day. So Valentines Day is slowly coming to an end and no delivery yet. By this time I was soo pissed because my wife is giving me the stank eye because she thinks I forgot about Valentines day! I got an email at 8pm that my order had been delivered and which I was at home but no actual delivery... WTF!!I called the following day to their corporate office and talked to a representative to get a refund. The guy is telling me that there is no refund available because, supposedly, I received the order. Now, I'm getting extremely upset, and I let him know that we never received the order. So he offers to refund 1/2 of my money, and I'm like, are you serious??!! So I finally get what I want, which is to get a full refund of my money, which is the right thing to do at this point...right??Now, it's 2 days after Valentines Day "Thursday" and I get a notification on my security cameras on somebody at my front doorstep, delivering the flowers, then running off my property afterwards. By now, I am laughing my a** off and pick up the flowers that were dropped off on the floor. It wasn't even close to what I had ordered, and the flowers were dying, and they looked very sad! Also, I had ordered some balloons and nothing either. The vase was supposed to have a "Red Bow" and nothing, of course! (No surprise) My experience with (800) Flowers was horrible and will NEVER use them or recommend them! I hope people will read my experience and see that I'm not the only one who experienced this situation. If you don't believe me, go back and read their reviews from other people! Check the pics on what they sent me and compare it and what I had TRIED to order, you'll laugh too!I give (800) Flowers ZERO stars! Take your business elsewhere! You'll get better flower arrangements from people that sell flowers on street corners!

First off thank you so much to everyone who works at Conroy's 1800 flowers. They were so sweet, patient and understanding. They made this wedding process so easy! Loved the customer service the employees who helped us so much thank you and Jamie who took the time to create a image of what we wanted for our flowers and it was perfect! Thank you guys so much !

When ordering my flowers , I missed the cutoff to have an arrangement made and delivered today. I agreed to have them delivered tomorrow. I received a call from Lorenzo, who stated that they had arrangements already prepared for a similar price in their cooler room. If I liked any of them, we could switch my order, and he would be able to deliver them today. He sent pictures of approximately 10 arrangements. We talked about each of them and found one that I was pleased with , so he changed my order. He went over all of the details to be sure everything was correct , and it was. When I lived in Southern California , we always used Conroy's florist . I now live in Michigan and immediately thought of them for my flower needs in their area. I am very happy I did. I ordered my bridal bouquet for my wedding got white and blue roses and was supposed to be a medium size bouquet, well it wasnt medium size and paid $148. very pricey for 12 roses and some white ribbon. roses died in 3 days.

Place is good but unfortunately I can’t say the same about flowers quality. I’ve ordered a birthday bouquet for $250 and EVERY flower in it died in 3 days. I have never had a bouquet with a such short life time…Will definitely never buy flowers here again ?

If you need flowers Hymie is the guy to go to. Bought some flowers for our anniversary and spent $60-65 for them. White roses with white hydrangeas They died in 3-5 days and my wife was upset. Still with in the week old, i called Conroys and talked to hymie to let him know i was a bit unsatisfied, and he schooled me all about flowers and asked me to bring them in. He then said you need to keep the water clean everyday and wipe the bacteria off the ends of the flower stems and to re cut because bacteria collects and starves the flower of water. We had a nice discussion and if i didn't get a reimbursement at least i know what i need to do for the future. Like add a small amount of bleach to your water so it stays clean for the flowers to last. He was nice enough to give me another bouquet, not the same, purple roses with carnations but at least my wife has flowers for a bit longer. That's just good business. I will go back again for sure.

My brother-in-law died and my sister went to great expense to send our family an arrangement. The glass vase of flowers was left on our fully shaded doorstep, with no box or cover of any kind. As I reviewed Ring footage, I could see the delivery person taking a photo of the arrangement he had left on the doorstep - and once he set them down and took the photo, he never knocked on the door or rang the ring doorbell which would have notified us that the flowers were there. They did not call even though our phone number was on the card. We arrived home 2 hours later and all of the roses were wilted and dead or beyond recovery. When I called to ask Conroy's for an explanation, the CS representative said she had a picture of the flowers as delivered and they looked "pretty fresh" to her. I'll attach photos of those "pretty fresh" flowers my sister paid dearly for. I called her on her statement "PRETTY fresh". Shouldn't a delivery look excellent when it comes to the door? she assured me there was nothing that could be done there- I could wait until Monday to take it up with the manager or I could call 1800flowers directly. I did and that's a separate yelp - they had no record of the order. So I have composted flowers and Conroy's is a joke. I would never use them knowing this is how they treat grieving families who were delivered flowers deader than the one they lost. To reiterate, the flowers were delivered shortly before 1 pm. My husband took the flowers into the house from our fully shaded porch at 2:53 pm. These pictures were taken at 3:58 pm when I arrived home.

I used 1-800-Flowers in the past. Unfortunately, my last order has led to my decision to never use them ever again. Ordered for wife's birthday 3 days before delivery date. On the day of the delivery, I contacted them three times. I was assured that my flowers would arrive before 5 PM. Well, it never did. What made it more galling is that I received an email after 5:00 PM indicating the flowers were delivered but in reality it wasn't. In short, they lied and made me wait in vain. Contacted corporate. They apologized and processed my refund. Sorry, this is not enough to get you off the hook. My wife did not get the flowers on her special occasion due to your negligence. I highly recommend you use another florist.
