Leo and his team are truly professionals. They catered a holiday dinner for us and made it special. The food was all fresh and delicious. The filet mignon was tender and seasoned well. My team was very happy with the portions and the condiments provided. We will definitely consider again in the future.

Insanely good! From the quality of meat, to the flavors they use, to their portions. They never miss! 12/10, do it.

Teppanyaki Madness exceeded my expectations with its delicious food and fast/ reliable service. Despite the familiar price range of most teppanyaki places, the food here was worth every penny!

Great food truck. Reasonably priced for hibachi style food. Definitely a great deal and open pretty late.

Paid $25 for the big plate of steak and rice and was still hungry after. Barely any steak in the plate at all. Idk if they accidentally gave me a small plate, but I feel ripped off. Gave me the wrong sauce too.

I cannot accurately explain how much of a gem this spot is! We found it while looking for a new hibachi spot because the one we usually go to downtown is SO expensive. Low and behold, one right around the corner from me! The truck is located on the corner of Vineland and Victory by the Target. We did the lobster & steak bowl and the chicken bowl (not pictured because I inhaled it). The food was so tasty, so fresh, and ready in like 15 minutes. The portion options are 32oz and 48oz, which is SO MUCH FOOD at an amazing price. Shoutout to the spicy mayo, which is also the best I've ever had.The last time we were here, we did the shrimp and steak bowl. As we already had our bag and were in the car about to leave, one of the employees ran to our car and said they forgot the shrimp, asking us to please pull up to the truck so they could get it to us. He then gave us the shrimp and two sodas for the inconvenience. I mean?!? Exceptional service, food, and prices. We are now regulars!!

I'd like to include the positives as they relate to service, however I am conflicted as the phone order service caused a bit of confusion to start my experience.First, I would say what attracted me to Teppanyaki Madness on VictoryBlvd/Vineland Ave was seeing the truck a number of times on my drive route in NoHo. Seeing the Instagram customer reviews, photos/videos and menu prices was enticing. I was looking forward to trying anything on the menu. I called my order in (initially: 1. Filet Mignon, Shrimp and double fried rice plate and 2. Shrimp plate.) The call seemed rushed and I had to ask for the total after being told it would be a 20 minute wait (not bad) after hearing the total, I was a bit confused as it didn't sound like I was paying for just the two items I ordered. I quickly called back and asked to verify the order and was then told that there are different sized plates, which is understandable however I changed my order to a 1. Medium Filet Mignon with double fried rice (no veggies) and 2. Medium Shrimp plate (fried rice and veggies) So far, so good, I could understand the miscommunication, I figured it might be a busy Friday night. I arrived 20 minutes later and was helped right away, paid for the food. The owner (it appeared) was very respectful and friendly. He even clarified that most customers ask for the larger portions and apologized for any confusion on my phone order which was nice of him (thank you!) I asked for hot sauce and house sauce which was provided along with three other sauces (I think a spicy mayo, a garlic sauce and a slightly sweet sauce) I had the shrimp plate (but did try the Filet Mignon). To be honest, the fried rice left a LOT to be desired. Other than fact that the food was nice and hot (straight off the iron griddle) the following is why I am dissatisfied. The rice was honestly very greasy. There was a very rich garlic flavor that overshadowed every part of the plate. I typically love garlic, but I believe it was the heavy oil that did it for me. For all the raving I read and saw about the food, I couldn't quite agree with any of the sentiments. The shrimp had the same over bearing flavor of the rice and it was a relatively small portion in comparison to the very large rice portion. The veggies were the best part of the plate (a combination of broccoli, onion, zucchini, and carrots) The well done Filet Mignon was dry and also a considerably small portion of protein. I am glad others have had a better experience, but I would be hard pressed to return anytime soon. I did my best with being positive, but I am honestly shocked that I didn't get the same wow! factor that I read from the posted reviews.

Friendly greeting. But the pricing is a bit too high, I get that you’re making shrimp and steak plates but it feels like a major hustle. For the price of one combo I can get a six course meal at Benihana. Sorry but just to overpriced for a food truck. Also plates need to be bigger for that price.

we ordered 2 plates, the filet mignon plate and the shrimp plate. they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, and sure enough it was ready right on time. we didn't get to eat it right away, as we live 25 minutes away, but the food was still hot when we got it home. everything was cooked just the way we ordered it (i ordered my filet medium rare). the one thing about the place that bothered us was that there weren't any tables or a place to sit and eat right away. yes, it's a food truck, but some food trucks also have some tables.

Terrific service! The staff is helpful and accommodating. They make a great meal considering the circumstances!of no tables or brick and mortar comfort. There are some chairs to sit and wait for your food but this is more a take home and eat than anything else. Surrounding this venue are other choices of food and also dessert. Especially if you are in the mood for churros, funnel cake and crepes. The filet was asked to be medium rare and the shrimp was firm but tender. There is a great garlic and butter flavor with soy sauce. There are a variety of sauces to take with including teriyaki, sriracha, spicy mayo, ginger sauce (my personal favorite) and even more garlic sauce. I do miss a nice mustard sauce like the restaurant version of this meal.My shrimp dinner was $18 and the filet was $22 (regular size 42 oz). There is a menu available online through Instagram but not one displayed. Only pictures with no prices listed. Also only single proteins are listed in the menu. Any combos must be asked for the price (I.e shrimp & filet $36 (reg sz) and lobster & shrimp $40 (reg sz)).I would come again if I want my meal fast and easy without the show!

I recently visited teppanyaki madness and I have to say, I was blown away! This truck is the real deal - from the delicious food to friendly staff, it was a fantastic experience all around. But the food wasn't the only standout aspect of my visit. The staff, especially Jesus, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.

We were in town from Chicago, as we exited the store and smelled the food, we investigated where it came from and found the source. This place tastes as good as it smells. Would definitely eat here again next time we are in town. I got the shrimp and filet mignon and it was amazing. The staff was great.
