The service is genuinely so bad!! The veggie options are basically just spinach and old cabbage, so poor compared to other AYCE hot pots. They never refilled the sauces either. But the meat quality was good and they gave plenty each round

This place was pretty good!!! I got the plain chicken broth and spiced it up my own way. They didn’t have baby bokchoy which of as sad but other than that pretty good. Their selection of veggies is small though. Not like other places where they have a huge selection. The only thing I’d say could be better is the sauce station. Idk it felt a bit unhygienic and mostly everything like the onions and garlic was almost empty. Other than that it was pretty good and definitely would go back. My friend got the creamy broth and it looked amazing.

I love this place.. they have a great variety of meats and vegetables. You get your own pot, not shared... Great spot.. I keep going back.

First time going and the service was good! Friendly staff and very cooperative as well. The food was also really good, I loved the miso broth. My only complaint is about the atmosphere, most dishes by the bars looked dirty, the sauce dishes felt sticky and some utensils looked poorly cleaned. Other than that, there were no other issues.

This place was amazing. Like a little north Hollywood hidden gem. I’m glad me and my family stopped in for a late night dinner.

Excellent service, quality of food is excellent, employees are friendly and informational for first time visitors, eat the buffet and make sure to finish what you plan to eat. Recommended restaurant

Overall, good enough for a repeat visit but truly makes me wish for a shabu shabu I've but had since the 1990s. All you can eat is a nice addition but if you that in favor of better miso stock if only from the potent addition of salt. To each's own. Lots of tastiness, kinda salty. Need to try a different soup base next time. Prices updated with a low of ~35 and high near 50. Worth the nickel and dime.
🤎 Bonus!! Strawberry ice cream mochi with a crispy texture on the outside and decadence that can't be missed!🤎

Service: the server was extremely rude, waited 30 minutes at table. Approached her to that we are ready to order but i was ignored. She so mean saying you can’t order more than 5 where i only got 2 items, she misheard the orders yet here tone of voice is unbelievable. She not recommended for anything since it was my first time she kept referring me to the menu. Also she did not ask us once if we needed anything further until the time came for us to leave. And no it was not busy. We are like 3 or 4 groups during that time.

My biggest complaints are the service, space, and the food. Hopefully you will have a better experience.
*Two stars because ice cream was good.
Service: the older server was extremely rude and rushed me in picking a broth and other items. When I asked her what she recommended for anything since it was my first time she kept referring me to the menu. Also she did not ask us once if we needed anything further until the time came for us to leave. And no it was not busy. On top of that, she brought us meat that we did not even order.
Space: a fairly small space with minimal room to get your sides near the selection area.
Food: in my opinion for $50 a person for the premium I would rather go to Korean BBQ. The culture for shabu-shabu, may include you getting your own sides yourself, however, for this much at other similar chains, I would prefer to have these sides and other needed items ordered and not so much self service. Meat quality did not taste that great either.
The service was great. There is a really nice selection of broths and add ons to choose from. The meat is really fresh and it was brought to us right away. When I went to the bar, I was really surprised by how neat and extensive the selection was. The AYCE is really a great value for the quality of produce and meat you get.
Better then before but still so so. Out of meat only #2 is decent. Rest is either too fat or too chewy. Sides are ok. Recipe for dipping sauce is very good
Tom yum soup is good too
Loved this spot . Really good selection.
Eat at your own risk. So much cross-contamination going on here surprised they’re not shut down. The buffet looked sketchy and I knew I was taking a risk but I ate anyway and I’m now paying for it with food poisoning. I saw a guy still raw shrimp into some of the other items in the self serve buffet l
