I will re-rate this place when they learn Customer Service, judging from the other reviews, this place needs to change either their employees or management. Food can be good when they want to, but unfortunately they are busy lying to customers instead of working on their food and customer service. In my opinion the owner of the place needs to hire more employees so that employees don’t need to lie to customers why they are late on the orders or make the food the way customers request and not giving customers BS excuses to look good. Thank god there so many food trucks serving same food and even much tastier. Ara’s needs to start appreciating business they get and keeps them busy.
Once I see their rating is getting better I am going to revisit the place and see for myself if they improved the service then I will consider to re-evaluate my rating for this place.
Greg insisted of spending your time replying to Google reviews, you should improve your food and customer service based on your current reviews.

Middle Eastern food, with Russian seasoning. It makes it a rare taste, particularly when they use paprika. It appears to be busy with regulars.

I don't know if it was only my order, but the meat was so rubbery. It was impossible to eat. I could not eat. I ordered a beef Shish kabab. Hummus and salad that came with it. They tasted off.
I'm sorry to leave a review like this. But that's the truth.

We were so excited to try this place we had seen on IG and it looked really good...we ordered #27 and #29 but it looked nothing like the pic very disappointed #27 the chicken had no flavor at all we had to put Pace picante sauce over it for it to taste better...#29 the beef was chopped up so small it looking like taco meat again no flavor...Spent $45 on these 2 plate it was so bad we had to throw it away couldn't finish it ..will not be going back

Incredible flaxor and fresh ingredients. The food here is
worth every dollar and by far one of the best unique
eats in Los Angeles. The chicken shawarma pita and all
the selections of salads (sides) are amazing.

Definitely one of my favorite go to places to eat and order delivery from. Get the app! Very convenient and easy to use. I recently used my points to get a free bowl 😎

Stopped here for a quick bite and found parking in the small lot in front. The space itself had a local street vibe with graffiti art on the walls and small tables. We ordered at the kiosk at the front and grabbed our order when it was called out.
I was surprised at how busy it was both inside and for take out, especially after trying both chicken and pork wraps, since the meat was super dry from overcooking. The pork had a smoky flavor reminiscent of Chinese barbecue from some overlapping spice.
The pepperoncinis added delicious spice and the pickled vegetables in sauce were also great, but the pita wasn't able to hold everything together, so be prepared to eat it with a fork and knife. I think it would have been more balanced with additional vegetables like lettuce or cabbage, and perhaps more creamy sauce to add moisture to the meat. It would help give more textural difference in the wrap too.
We also ordered a cup of strawberries with chocolate. Sadly not all the strawberries were ripe, giving them little flavor, but the chocolate was very rich and thick, almost like Nutella, but without the hazelnut flavor. The pistachio sauce was very watery, therefore ridding it of flavor since it was so diluted. However, the golden knafeh flakes added a delightful crispy texture that kept every bite interesting.

Ordered from here recently. I wouldn’t say it’s the best kebabs I’ve had but it was definitely tasty and generous portions for the buy one, get one special they had that day. My daughter loved it !
Also, kudos for the advertisements that go out!! They definitely get the message across.
I’ll be back to try their tasty treats (AKA their Dubai Chocolate Strawberries) next visit !
Can’t wait !

Victoria and Olesya were so nice when I walked in. I felt so welcomed.
The food was deliciously, perfectly spicy. Good portion size that I saved for the next day. Victoria gave me the sweetest strawberries which was a great dessert after this delicious meal.
Looking forward to visiting again
