I ordered takeout from them, I thought the chicken tenders were really good.The fries were mostly soggy, but my major complaint is their Texas toast. It is only a side item, but this is most certainly not Texas toast. Texas toast is supposed to be not only toasted, but buttered on both sides with garlic and herbs. It was literally just a piece of bread that definitely wasn’t toasted. Don’t list something on your menu as Texas toast when it’s really just a piece of bread. Part of me wants to give them lower than four stars so they definitely see this and fix the mistake, or maybe last night was just an anomaly and they do actually sell Texas toast the way it’s supposed to be made. Either way, all I got was a thick piece of bread that wasn’t toasted and had zero butter on it.

I had an incredible experience at Bangin Buns! The customer service was truly exceptional. Despite a miscommunication from our party's end, they went above and beyond to replace the meal without any hesitation or fuss.Now, let's talk about the food! I decided to go for the Bangin+ heat level on the burrito, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. I consider myself to have a high tolerance for spiciness, but this was next level! It was so delicious, but I have to admit, it was the first time I tapped out from the spiciness. I even started crying!Even though I couldn't handle the heat, I have nothing but praise for Bangin Buns. Their exceptional customer service and deliciously spicy offerings have earned them five stars in my book. Can't wait to return, maybe I'll go for a milder option next time!
food came out quickly around 5pm, wasnt too busy inside. The Nashville sandwich was fresh: crunchy cold pickles, crispy and not wilted coleslaw, hot & crispy chicken, the fries were not hot but still good, and the bread was not soggy!

Definitely top notch spicy fried chicken sandwich! Reminiscent of Howlin' Ray's but Ray's remains at the top hands down. It stands up if you're in the area and don't want to drive to Pasadena or China Town. I would have given it 4 stars but the fries were a major let down, they were over cooked and tasted stale.I recommend the 'spicy' level, didn't try the highest one but I think it would be overdoing it at that point. While I'm a sucker for spicy food, I still like to enjoy it and the spicy level delivers that happy combination.

This place is awful. It is not like it was back in 2019 like I remember. The place used to be so lively, clean, and was the best hot chicken. Now, it is quite the opposite. Dirty, empty, and just AWFUL food. I tasted one fry and it seemed old and dirty. The guy who helped me was going back and forth dumping liquids in the bathroom and then handing me my food. Do not eat here. I decide to throw the entire food away. I didnt even want to donate it to an unhoused person because I would risk giving them bad food that could lead to food poisoning. DO NOT EAT HERE. DIRTY AND AWFUL. They seem to have hired cheap labor that they are paying under the table to work there

This was an amazing experience. Me and my family loved this place. After more than 3 years of having bland chicken and we just had to visit California to eat something different. The fries had great taste and the chicken was really juicy, The sauce was good too and the lemonade was awesome. Totally recommend and I would come back having to drive 22 hours just to eat here again.
