I DO NOT recommend this Blaze, especially if you have food allergies/restrictions, or if you want your pickup order to be correct. Our family ordered online for pickup, and one of the pizzas was supposed to vegan & gluten free. I opened the box at the restaurant to check the pizza, and the guy had added a basil pesto sauce all over the top of the pizza. That sauce has dairy products in it, which doesn't work for a vegan pizza. I verified with the guy who made the pizza and he confirmed he added the dairy product by mistake. Instead of enjoying dinner with my family, the other pizza we ordered was getting cold while the Blaze employee took 20 minutes to make me a new pizza, a pizza that was so burnt I had to throw some of it away (see photos).
I can see from the other reviews that this is a consistent problem with making ingredient mistakes. Management consistently states they'll take care of it, and yet the carelessness persists. I don't trust these folks with my food.

Started off by a terribly pressed pizza, which the guy did not care to fix, so I had to ask him to press another dough ball because the one he pressed was unacceptable. Moved on to ask em for toppings, rushed and then forgot to add toppings I had asked for. Let me Pizza sit on the counter for a good 10 minutes before telling me that the pizza sitting there was mine. Didn’t ask for any toppings on the pizza either. Lazy employees, don’t give a f about their jobs. Visited on 3/17 at 9:30pm

I had a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza. I asked for a cup for water, and they told me they don’t have water cups. When I asked if I could use one of the regular drink cups for water, they refused and said I had to buy a drink—even though I was only getting water. The employee was extremely rude about it. I’ve never been to a place that forces customers to pay just to drink water. Definitely not coming back!
What does it take to get a WELL DONE pizza at this location?? My pizza today was LITERALLY SOGGY after requesting well done and only dollops of sauce. Why do I have a SOGGY PIZZA!? 🤢

One of the male workers (a guy with dark curly hair and glasses) has a horrible attitude. It makes me wonder who would hire him if he curses in front of customers and children. Just horrible, smh.
