Very disappointed. My kids and niece ordered 3 drinks, two of the three were not good. My nieces jasmine milk tea was bitter and awful tasting. The boba tasted like plastic, the tea tasted old and bitter. My daughter’s Tai milk tea was so strong she had to add milk at home to neutralize it. I tried to call to express our complaints (four times), and they didn’t answer their phone. I called at 8:36pm, and business hours say until 10:00pm. I honestly wouldn’t have even wrote this complaint if they answered their phone and I was able to have a conversation with them. Overall, very disappointed.

Several people came after me and got their drinks before me; I had to wait 25 minutes for a simple drink. I was the second person in line to order. And when I told them, they said they forgot, I'm never going back to this place again.
