Incompetent and unaccountable. They charge you extra for cheese and then don’t even give it to you. My order was simple and they still managed to screw it up. Avoid this location if at all possible.

They don't really have prompt service at all inside sometimes but drive through is good. They got my order partially wrong a couple times but the food is very good and I will keep coming for that reason. Their fries are better than McDonald's or Wendy's and not cooked in oils I'm allergic to.

Outside curb appeal clean ,inside clean ,really awsome staff Canadian coupon honoured ,food was offered to be carried out ,one sandwich made incorrectly but hubby was Okee with it keep up the good work guys 😀

Want to give a special shoutout to the assistant manager Andrew. He helped resolve a minor issue and did so with the upmost professionalism and positive attitude. Someone like this gentleman is what keeps businesses thriving.
I got here right before they were closing and Andrew was so kind and welcoming, he offered me a better deal based on my order and got me more food with less money!! Thank you Andrew, your energy made me smile after a long day :)

The lady at front who I didn't catch her name was kinda rude, I ordered a fiery chx sandwich and got a regular one, just a bad additide, I asked for a cup of water and she gave me an attitude and never received the cup. I was going to the theater next door so I wasn't planning on drinking double soda. But having the nostalgia that I have for BK. it's sad that ppl like this are working for them while portraying a bad additide towards customers who are trying to keep the business alive.
