The women who looked to be the manager there January 27 at 12:41pm was what made this place get a 1 star review from me she was absolutely rude the milkshakes were terribly presented the top came off one so of course I'm mad they didn't even put whip cream we asked for strawberry and got vanilla the burgers were just as bad they did not put lettuce or tomato in them and the nuggets were cold very disappointed hopefully it's only this place we let the manger know and all she did was ignore us and close that little window in our face whatever that's all I have to say don't recommend

I got a whopper meal and asked for no pickles and they give it to me pickles and they didn't even give me the right change. The food portions are really small now too

The staff at this location is helpful and friendly and always honors my coupons as well. Often times they'll even scan their own so i can get extra food for free! Also, the BK app has some great deals, perks, and a rewards system that earns us free meals!

Have never and don't plan on ever reviewing a fast food place ever again. The food quality and freshness was incredible. Service was friendly, wait time was absolutely reasonable for nobody in line at 11:30 on a Friday night-- not too quick that I was nervous about freshness and nowhere near slow. Thanks to the two kids behind the counter working, I appreciate you taking your job seriously on a Friday night, 30 mins from close.

Ordered food through drive through. Tried uploading deal from my app. Unfortunately it wouldn't upload. Told the cashier at window that the WI FI. Is not picking up my deal from the app. Asked her if she could do it without the app because it wouldnt open. She NO rudely and said there was nothing she could do. I asked her for the manager and she said no manager was there. Very disappointed for fast food. I had to get the food because my kids were hungry. I immediately deleted the app and will not return to any Burger King.
Today I was there Cashier were extra nice I even got 2 Easter eggs for my kids, the manager was great and friendly, great atmosphere

The customer service was perfect the lady was so nice to us. Explained the food in Spanish for my mom to comprehend. Told us the specials they had so it was cheaper and them modified our burgers so my family could get the wapper they wanted. Got four burgers for less than 20 bucks :)
