I enjoy Burger King and its good deals, but this store does not honor the coupons and discounts offered online, through the app, or paper coupons. The prices are increased when you get to the store and they charge you more than advertised/expected from the app or online. Like a bait and switch.

The absolute worst Burger King ive been to , I placed the mobile order and pulled up to the parking lot with two cars in the Drive-Thru and one person waiting for their food in the dining room. After not saying anything to me for 10 minutes after I walked in I finally had to say excuse me can I get my order and they said oh yeah we'll start working on that now right after I watched one of the workers pick up my order put it down and then take one of the easier orders that was in line instead. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger despite me placing my order significantly before any of the other people who got in line afterwards and it seems like they were only prioritizing the drive-thru line because there was also a gentleman in there who had been waiting 15 minutes for his Oreo shake, the employees were not understanding at all and didn't seem to care. When I said that my order had been skipped she said that it's just really busy when it wasn't that busy they had literally just been skipping people's orders
