The absolute worst Burger King ive been to , I placed the mobile order and pulled up to the parking lot with two cars in the Drive-Thru and one person waiting for their food in the dining room. After not saying anything to me for 10 minutes after I walked in I finally had to say excuse me can I get my order and they said oh yeah we'll start working on that now right after I watched one of the workers pick up my order put it down and then take one of the easier orders that was in line instead. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger despite me placing my order significantly before any of the other people who got in line afterwards and it seems like they were only prioritizing the drive-thru line because there was also a gentleman in there who had been waiting 15 minutes for his Oreo shake, the employees were not understanding at all and didn't seem to care. When I said that my order had been skipped she said that it's just really busy when it wasn't that busy they had literally just been skipping people's orders

Absolute trash location, they have the audacity to charge an extra 35 cents for the required amount of sauce that you need for your food on top of 17.00 for a sandwich made with low quality meat and some crappy french fries. I wonder if they paid the minimum wage employees extra to be sauce Nazis. Like bro you work at Burger king, it's not that serious.

Late post but, I was in a hurry to find a fish burger spot during the Lenten season, craving something different from the usual Filet-O-Fish. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it turned out to be—enough so that I felt compelled to leave a review! I initially drove to the Burger King in the NoHo/Sun Valley area on Lankershim, only to find it closed. Luckily, I found this location next to Home Depot. The area felt a bit sketchy, but once I got my food, I was impressed by the freshness of the burger. I ordered the Spicy Fish Sando along with a half-and-half combo of fries and onion rings. The portion was larger than I expected, and everything arrived piping hot! The sando had a nice kick to it—definitely not playing around in that department! Big thanks to the team for a great meal!

Came earlier in the morning for a breakfast croissant they didn't put my order right and had to come after work to get a refund but instead the manager made my day by getting me a free meal for the mistake of earlier. Much appreciated 💯
